most expensive Android phone available I notice is the Z flip Galaxy @ 59,900 baht at AIS but at Samsung Thailand online Galaxy Z Fold ฿65- ฿75,900.00 ?? My Vivo 3,200 baht phone is over 4 years old and has been perfect until about a month ago, could not hear anything . only with the speaker on, then the beep sound for messages stopped, last weekend the speaker started missing words = went to the shop..... They had a number of brand new phones which had not sold in the back room..... So went with the Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro, they unpacked it and undated it so is on Android 10 + transferred everything from the old phone = total cost 2,499 baht.. Always worth asking it the have any unsold phones and get a deal

Everyone is different + what they eat effects Blood Sugar, there is NO one Diabetic Diet fits all I did not have Pre Diabetes, when I 1st went to the Dr in UK my reading was 32.6 here that is around 600 mg/dl Went to one Diabetic class, teacher stated drinks all you want of Diet drinks !!! I followed what was advised years ago, take your blood finger prick test before eating every meal then again 2 hours after eating, after 6 months or so you know what food spikes your blood sugar, so can reduce that item or cut it out all together.. some things I can eat where others will spike + the other way round As for Diet Cola/Pepsi drinks not had for years, same with added salt + reduced Red Meat to 1 x week... 2015 was at Stage 5 CKD, told by the Dr try cutting these out, or go on Dialyses, no way so cut them out, past 6 years been just under Stage 3 CKD

Yes they have, oddly some diabetic are like bean poles, I visit my Hospital diabetic department every 3 months, 50% of diabetic there are small or under weight.. 3 friends [ladies] that are old 60 - 75 are on insulin 2 x day are short and painfully skinny.. the house next door the Father is 83 and 6 house up the Village the Father is 91 both on Insulin and skinny, There is only 63 houses in the Village, yet 50% are Diabetic mixed ages and weight.. Often it appears the Father + Son + Grand children are all diabetic

No idea... for me on Format > the drop down menu has many English, I just clicked UK English Windows 10 and Google Browser just checked mine has 42 different places in English around the world as well as UK English

Control Panel > Clock and Region > Region > Format Me have it set to UK........... as you have it in Thai then you are already set to Bangkok time, just need to set the language you need to display

As said before if you look at the UK Royal Mail website, is states could take 12 weeks [non Airmail] to arrive in Thailand...Also interesting clearly states that BA no longer have flights to Thailand, so Air Mail letter are sent 1 x weekly via Cargo in some plane. This is the second time the Pension 'Life' form has not arrived.... --"and confirm your identity over the telephone and payments will be restarted immediately"-- Yes this is true, but only for 16 weeks until they get the 'New' "life Certificate" the man I spoke to sent a new form via email straight after the phone call. Also note: restarted immediately uh in 2023 you would think that this then would arrive next day in the Thai Bank... It took 10 working days to show up. 3 days later the next 4 week payment arrived on normal day

I have blood work done 1x a year, so really only need to go to the Hospital once a year, yet must go every 3 months to see the Dr and get a another repeat prescription .. total time at least 6 hours, at the local Government Hospital 10 mins away.. Very Large waiting room with 4 Drs rooms, + at the end in another room with 2 Dr's. here we are all Diabetic. there is always 100's of people. but fairly fast as most are just repeat prescriptions only... Med's are a lot cheaper at Government Hospitals. + around where I live NO Pharmacy sells Insulin.... Few years ago used to use 'Chula' Red Cross, [Leave home 4:30 rarely back before 16:00] stopped going there because of travel + Covid. but did go across to road Rama 4 to the cheaper Pharmacies to ask the price, cost 1,200 baht more expensive every 3 months. Hospitals just need to find a way to issue repeat prescriptions, would cut the waiting/people down a lot

No as said bought 2 x 40 min packages [add ons] + 4 x phone calls 1st 18 mins was cut off 2nd 22 min said would call back but never did = Had to buy another package 2 days later 3rd call he spoke very bad English could not understand his security questions 4th call 27 mins, very helpful and all good.

All have Overseas deals This time used AIS you buy a 40 min package = 3 baht per min [normal 7 baht] 0034 then 0044 etc Still had to buy a 2 nd package, total bill was 488 baht !! still took 20 days before my pension arrived in the Bank !! after the phone call and the man said he would approve my Pension for another 16 weeks + send the new Life forms by email
