practicing medicine without a license.!! - problem is you see a Dr how many times in a year ? for me 4 times a year. your just a name on the records,,, also depends on the age of the Dr, an older Dr is happy to continue your Prescription, a younger Dr will try to put you on the newer or lastest Meds + sometime I have no idea until I get home meds have changed... i live with my medical problems 24/7 so I am the best person to know what is working.. on the other hand go to a Pharmacy and see the Pharmacists [Pharmacists have also done 4 years traming but more on effects of different meds] some years ago my Prescription changed from the Hospital, had problem 90 days later spoke with the Hospital Dr, your get used to the Meds was the answer there good ?? Spoke with the Pharmacists said that Med is the problem, he was right As for Metformin, have taken for 34 years, I have kidney problems CKD , again what Dr you see some say Metformin is good for CKD others say is bad ? As for self medication, told many years ago by a Hospital Dr, take BP meds + Diabetic meds according to you readings every day... no way would I take my Insulin if my reading was below 70,,, like way found for me taking a smaller dose of BP meds twice a day works better then the subscribed 1 tablet mornings

Did mine in June 2013 ..... the slip of paper from Immigration is stapled in my Passport, did change to a new Passport a few years ago the same paper is in this Passport, No one has ever asked about it or rised any questions... a did ask a few years ago, was told only need a new one if moving address. Mine this morning 116/61 PR 61 age 75 yesterday 130/72 PR 60 think also depends on the time you wake up, this morning tested 04:15 - yesterday tested 07:30, one day last week wake late so tested at 09:30 - 155/82 PR 66 was told by a Dr - A diastolic blood pressure of somewhere between 90 and 60 is good in older folks. So guess we are OK with diastolic blood pressure reading in the 60's so far this month lowest diastolic blood pressure was 53 the highest 82 alcohol - don't drink, did have a small Shandy 34 years ago. junk food - maybe twice a month

Is this BP test done everywhere in the world these days ? or is it just in Thailand, see a Dr, Dentist, Eye Dr = must first have BP taken - if it is 165 or over a porter is called and they bring a bed, often 30 or more beds clutter up the waiting room for an hour or so Remember a few years ago going to the Dentist, 1st was BP test, so say to high so Dentist could not do anything... Last Friday went to the Hospital Dentist, walk in sit and do the BP - 170/69 did not bother taking the slip to reception just sat for 10 mins and did the test again 136/72 Keep a chart on PC for years... BP up and down, but over the month = July 2025 worked out as average 134/61

SCB the min is 2,000 baht, Had the bank account 24 years.. there new policy re Apps means cannot use SCB App any more, to pay the monthly bills. so there was no movement this year, resaved a EMS letter 6 weeks ago stating as my balance was below 2,000 baht there was a weekly 200 baht FEE went to the Bank, the balance was 1,960 baht. less 2 x 200 baht FEE I was told 25 years ago at Bangkok Bank min balance was 2,000 baht - no idea if there are FEEs as account is used weekly/ HSBC min balance was 500,000 baht. if below there was a monthly FEE Yes 2 different months the balance dippd just below [late payment arriving] and had to pay the fee.

No idea # I do know if visiting the Hospital if the reading is 165 or over then a porter is called and you have to lay on the bed for 1 hour with constant BP checks Many years ago my then Dr said take the BP 3 times with 5 mins between each for correct reading... I keep a daily chart on my PC, so could go back 17 years.......... BP this morning 140/64 -- so last month July Lowest was 102/53 the highest 189/101 - mostly 120 - 130 over 60 -70 Every Tuesday the Nurse home visit = a BP check this past Tuesday was 127/62 Have Hypertension for 33 years As for alcohol do not drink so never been a factor.

Depends what you need a phone for my last 3 cheap phones have lasted around 4 years each.. I did try twice a mid range Samsung,[expensive] both spent more time in the Service Centre than in my hands so had to buy another phone.. So a Brand New clearance stock phone is for me the way to go... New Phones are Android 16, so a Android 13 is 70 - 80% cheaper. [eg a 3,995 baht phone reduced to just over 1,000 baht just because it has Android 13] Before coming here 22 years ago, always bought a new phone every year as needed it for Business here I don't need, but must have to login to so many places [websites]

Just had my yearly full blood tests GRF is 30 so my CKD is getting worse last 3 months feel and am very bloated yet another new Dr,this time, not a lot of help only to get more tests and see a Kidney Dr in Sept.......... did a search Metformin isn’t the best choice for everyone. The SCB Branch is 15 km away,,,, so phoned the Service Centre ............ they kept on about I have a new phone, don't understand when 'Hutch' closed in Thailand I moved back to AIS, so have the same phone number for years... 3 x phone calls to the SCB Service Centre got nowhere still on about a new phone.
