+ there are 'named' fake boxes + fake 'named' parts details stickers + Companies that sell to Main Dealers So yes is very difficult to tell the difference between the fake and the real item Anyone ever watch 'Air Crash Inventions; good few air crashes were results of fake parts used.. The even found fake parts on Air Force One and no one had any idea they were no genuine . so as in most things you can buy it is very difficult to tell the difference between the fake and the real item Yesterday bought new Drum + Toner for my printer, always use the same one for the 2 items cost 305 baht, for the genuine 2 items cost 1,320 baht.. for me changing the item every 18 months is no problem, the genuine one last 3+ years so in the same time period the genuine one would still cost double the price !!

Had varifocals for many many years, last new pair the Eye Dr said it was a waste of money and so had bifocales hate them, and after 4 years still hate them, So have long + reading... OK I am tall but top or bottom lens cannot see my feet clear, so objects on a foot path/ steps and so on are a problem and caused many a trip. Last new pair of varifocals in 2005 cost 20,000 baht, present bifocales in 2020 cost 2,500 baht...... will see next week at Eye Dr Appointment.. One has to think, if I read then do nothing more, if I am on the PC then mid range, or out and about long range. so 3 pairs of glasses are less then 1/2 the price of varifocals

same here my distance vision is almost perfect after having to wear glasses for 62 years. it is just reading + PC and TV further away that is the problem -- do have a old pair of reading glasses which are OK for reading but no good for TV or PC,,, mostly for reading have a lighted stand magnifying glass as a note: my Monitor is a Acer 32" curved [used 32" for passed 12 years]- no way could I use a laptop anymore Did wonder about these adjustable lens glasses ? save having 1 x reading 1x PC and 1x TV glasses.. anyone use them ? do they do what they say ?

built my new PC last week, Gigabyte B550 MB with AMD 5600X CPU runs a treat I have used for years full size AZZA PC Cases, this time went for a Matx , everything fits inside fine 1x M2 500mb SSD, my old SSD + my 4TB HDD from old PC + DVD + gpu I have 4 x WD My Passport USB drives 2 x 1 TB + 2 x 2 TB.... My idea was to have these 4 drives on a USB Extension Hub, so have bought the wrong one ? or is it possible ? not one will work ? Have at this moment got web cam, led desk light phone charger plugged into this Hub all work perfect + have the 4 x WD HDDs plugged ito the PC direct again all works fine. 2 at back of PC + 2 on front.. But a pain as must unplug a HDD every time I need to use a USB stick What USB Hub should I have bought that will allow the HDDs to work ?

the update on Tops is nothing but a pain in almost every area !! Likewise to Big C, now they keep adding an address I have never lived at, and some 80 km away... I did place a order to get a message to say we do not deliver in that area... did not see the change of address so was at a loss as have ordered from them before... cannot work out how to change the location/address. Why people cannot leave things alone that works well. is annoying for some of use oldies

189 and around 104 kgs , been around the same for past 22 odd years... last time I was this weight was when I was 12 years old.. Over weight when sat down .... when standing people get a shock.... size 14 shoes [ smallest of all the males on my Mothers side]... inside leg 38" As a kid and into teens, my Mother myself and sister went to weight watchers classes and trid every diet + so called diet pills etc .... @ 21 yrs was around 146kg, so over the years have been up and done, lowest 96 kg.in my 30's Now at 74 I watch what I eat, Do not eat junk food, could not care less on what others think

Out in the stick for past 20 years near Sai Noi, about 80 baht Taxi to Sai Noi Hospital No longer drive, so must use Taxi or Mini Bus, [2 Mini Buses go by Village 2x a day 10 am + 3:30 pm] there is a 6 wheel truch Bus goes by from 5 am every 2 hours but is to difficult for me to get on....... at least if I went back to Red Cross easy on Public Transport, [can get a lift 3 people go past most morning between 4 am & 5:30 am] to the Pruple Line end station 2004 had a Burst Apensix and was taken to Kasemrad International Hospital, very very expensive, even with a shared room was 85,000 baht !! so stay away from Private/International Hospitals

I keep a daily chart going back years. going back and looking up to chaging to local Village Hospital, [Covid time] my monthly reading were near the same Blood Sugar 112 Blood Pressure daily monthly adverage 121/78 Past 3 years at local Hospital advrage monthy reading = 170 + over 71 Local Hospital = No Have, on a few of my Meds so were changed + on others dosage changed + no end of Vitimins tablets addred = 11 Vitimin tablets taken every day.. Biggest change was Blood Sugar used to take Metformin 3 x day + 18 units of Insulin morning + 12 units evening. Local Hspital 1x metormin mrning + 35 units of Insulin morning + 24 units evening. [often take less as go in my readings] Do you or anyone use/can advise Bang Yai Government Hospital ? not sure I can face the long trip to Red Cross Hospital anymore........... Don't want to change to a worst Hospital

stay OFF salt , does that even work ? Not had added salt since 2015, often do not cook with any salt + No Diet drinks, red meat maybe 1 x week > but that was because I was Stage 5 CKD in 2015, [unless I got it down would be on dialysis 3 x week for rest of life ] appears to work for Kidney problems because I have been down to Stage 3 CKD since 2017 no alcohol > not any since 1991

Modern day inventions have a lot to answer for In my younger days if you ever wanted to call home = you would have to go via different telephone exchanges, 1st explain to the phone opperator which Country > then get that CXountries Exchang > Town > then number ++ cost a lot in thoses days.... My longest Holiday when 18 was 3 months to Canada remember phoned home once in 3 months Is it better these days ? search goes out if you have not phoned in 3 days

Hospitals - Nurses - Drs appear all the same, you must have xyz BP reading.. The Hospital I use > arrive take a number sit and wait have waited for over 1 hour to get the paperwork > then all of 12 steps to the main waiting room at the door a nurse grabs you and MUST take BP + weight even if you have been there a day or so before.. If BP is over 168 then along come a bed and porter and you must lay there for 1 hour, if it has not gone down then another nurse comes with tablets you must take [more pills [refused to take as no idea what they were] this is before having blood work done and seeing a Dr..... I cheated many times and took a BP pill before going to Hospital.... Silly.. > Dr told me to stop taking BP meds and go back the following week to see, I did not cheat so BP was over 200 = bed = 1 hr = still the same = wheeled into A&E at least spoke to a proper Dr and explained why How can anyone get the correct Mrd's if the only way to see the Dr is to cheat there BP machine ??

Government Hospital Pharmacy vs outside pharmacy Yes agree, but 2 reasons > on my records in the Hospital shows all Med's I take, [should I be taken to Hospital in a Emergincy] the other problem I have never found any Pharmacy in the area that sells Insulin... Re Insulin at Red Cross Hospital always had a printout of all Med's so was easy to check the 2 cheap pharmacies oppisit on Rama 4, the same brand of Insulin was 156 baht per box more expensive outside of Hospital.. [MD Pharmacy + CHULA BHESAJ PHARMACY] so used Red Cross pharmcy why pay more for the same thing ? If need anything from a Pharmacy use normally the same one pass most weeks going to Markro ..... eg: use 3" Gauze per pack = 8 baht, nearist pharmacy to my house cost 16 baht same brand !!

Thanks Do not agree to anything, just when I get home find Med's have been changed... Local Hospital max time with Dr is 5 mins, there is no print out - just go to Payment window and pay for Hospital Services + Meds, only when getting home do I find some have been changed to something different or dosage changed. ++ Plus is Hospital is 15 mins by Taxi from home.. In 3 weeks going to Eye department at Red Cross, will see if I can manage the trip and if so go back to Red Cross, at least always see the same Dr + each Patient has 30 mins with Dr + get a printout of all Blood work + Prescribed Med's > the minus point is 35 mins Taxi to Purple Line + 40 mins to underground another 40 mins to Red Cross Hospital + long walk + trip in reverse in the afternoon. - home...... Reason changed along came Covid = unsafe in crowded transport + Hospital also change - must go the day before for blood work.
