Some nasty accidents caught on camera there..
I noticed in Samui how many people DO NOT use a helmet!
they dont use common sense either, the report stated most of the crashes happen because people igonred red lights ! , if they put these cameras up in samui it would be unreal, but we need to think how , as expats, we can reduce these crashes

Doesn't Lomprayah do a combined Ferry / Bus airport ticket?
on Nokiar only, not airasia, and its part of the ticket
-
people who say , go home if you done like it, samui's roads are death traps, but with thinking and posative steps things can change
just a quick youtube video below will show a daily life on samui roads ( though not from samui, but this happens here, just drive the roads for 30 mins )
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1hDV2qxxGE
samui being a small island, they should be able to combat bad driving and educate drivers easier !,
be carefull on the roads, to many of my friends have died, and NEVER tak your kids on the bike on the handle bars or back seats, makes me sick

Nice landing. Is there a Samui simulator? If so can I get one with a Spitfire...then I can take on the BA fleet...or a Lancaster bomber.....BOOM......
dont know, i am just downloading the 430 kb flight pro x10 version now, they have mapped the whole of samui very well, but i will have days / months / years bombing people i dont like.....
my first mission will be flying down chawang high street at mach 10 , taking out all the tailors and timeshare touts ( and from what i see they are there in the simulator ) , then go for the kill and bomb green mango
-
this is cool, and i need to get the latest flight simulator ......................
-
you could always try the repo market? , but at 500,000 you really do only get what you pay for !, up the budget maybe to 1 million and you really get much more on offer
-
i dont think they do , i think you have to catch a taxi from the ferry port
-
thanks for the feedback, going to have a look into al the recommendations, and start from there....
i think i might use wordpress, as i have had a site built on that before and they seem to rank highly in SEO ..
i shall be back with more questions i think

"It is not 'thought' that anyone else was inside the room at the time of the fall and Police can only speculate that he either intended to commit suicide or accidentally fell off the balcony due to being intoxicated."
Yeah, of course it's suicide or an accident… Case closed… At least he didn't have a plastic bag covering his face.
RIP, and my condolences.
this is one of the things that frustrates me about thailand is the lack of police work by the police ! , they should rule EVERY death as suspicious untill proven otherwise !, they should treat each jump as a possible murder, and ensure everywhere is dusted and evedince collected, then ONCE it is proven it is not suspious or a murder has taken place, then rule it as an acceident or sucide ( was there even a note left? )
RIP to the young fella

is that a ferang paramedic in the picture?

The floods have killed more than 300 people and affected millions of Thais mostly in the north and centre, but the main tourist attractions -- including the southern islands of Samui, Phuket and Phi Phi -- are so far unaffected.
for now, Samui is about to enter its yearly flooding , and it happens every year....
i also think the problem isnt so much with the flooding, but the way it is being handled....

lol! great conspiracy theory!

An elderly National Express passenger was today counting the cost after his £70,000 life savings were stolen from a bag left in the coach's hold.
The victim, a man aged in his 80s, had stowed the black hold-all stuffed with cash into the luggage area of the coach after getting off a flight at Heathrow Airport.
But by the time he reached the coach's final destination in Portsmouth, Hampshire, the money, which was in Australian dollars and Thai baht, was gone.

The man had brought the money over from his home in Thailand with a view to purchasing a property in the UK, a spokesman for Hampshire Police said.
They are urging shopkeepers and bankers to be vigilant of anyone trying to change a large quantity of the foreign currencies.

300Bt for a pack of cigarette! This is impossibly expensive!
70Bt for a pack of LM's at 7/11. Why on earth would you pay more or even think of bringing cig's into Thailand. Duty Free is more expensive than 7/11. Buy them here in Thailand mate.
Correct, and Wonder is 42 Baht. But the op was asking for B & H.
L & M are only 58 THB ???
i smoke L & M and prefer them over B and H .......
