  1. Names appearing on your Wi-Fi mean absolutely nothing as anyone can call their access point anything they want. Just for fun you can call your access point with the SSID of “FBI criminal investigation division” if you want to disturb noisy neighbours
  2. That is an interesting theory, not correct but interesting. I have uPVC framed double glazed with tint low-E glass and laminated outer panels and I can assure you that when you have sunshine hitting the windows you will get thermal transmission. The supervisor, who is more sensitive, agrees Only if you never have sunshine hitting the windows will you have little thermal transmission. We have one wall, where despite 2.5 meter overhangs on the roof and trees shading much of it there is sunshine from about 6am to roughly 9:30. The way to combat this is reflective blinds that are semitransparent (they have holes that are probably around 10% of the material) All the other windows are shaded until about 5:30, they allow a little heat through
  3. 11.5” bar so no licence required, though Lazada almost certainly doesn’t check, other outlets may.
  4. You certainly can CPac has a verity of additives available.
  5. That doesn’t match your initial post. None of the valves suggested need to be “under the toilet” neither of mine are, they are beside the toilet, on “hands and knees” required, and I am neither unusually large nor hyper limber ???? If you were to post a couple of pictures you would get better suggestions.
  6. If it looks too good to be true, it is. Of course it’s a fake, of course it’s c*r*a*p At ¼ the price !!!!
  7. It’s no different than the locally sourced products you have already been told of. However if you don’t want to go into your local store, it will work, though the control is smaller so not as good.
  8. AFIK no Change the water pressure valve so you have 1 for the toilet and 1 for the bum gun
  9. The only point is that you are unlikely to need a second phone as virtually all current phones can have 2 current and active numbers.
  10. Both the Scheppach and the Makita are available from reputable tool dealers in Thailand. My suggestion is that you may like to include waantong.com and hardwarehouse.co.th in your supplier list to increase your choices. There are several others that are equally good and of proven track record.
  11. As a rule of thumb it is good enough. As an actual definition it is not accurate. But then you have to go far deeper into the differences in concrete composition than is required in undergraduate level physics or architecture you probably need to go up to a post doc and specialise in material science for that.
  12. When I started woodworking and buying my own tools, I too bought a good circular saw. If I were starting the process today and had your needs I would not make the same choice. Because a circular saw excels in rough carpentry. For the uses you mention it is not the best nor a cost effective choice. Roughly 4~5 years ago the patents held by Festool on track saws expired so cheaper alternatives became available. These are some of the ones available. They excel in the kind of stuff you want to do are more accurate and less expensive than your mid-range Bosch. I still have the circular saw (incidentally I also have a saw table for it) I haven’t used it in the last 15 years, as my tracksaw is so much more effective efficient and accurate. A budget tracksaw will be ½ the price of yours, a top of the range about double your price. Better for your needs and of similar quality better FWIW it is certainly possible, though significantly less easy, to get the cuts with a circular saw that can be achieved with a track saw, I can let you know the jigs you will need
  13. Neither one. The step after rendering and before the render hardens is to polish the render. This process takes about ⅓ of the render time if done well by an experienced crew. It involves no added finish, it may require some water, I don’t remember exactly. Having watched an experienced, professional crew render part of our house the builder got a less experienced (cheaper) team to start on the next section, within half a day I had told the builder that he must recall the experienced, professional team back to finish the house. If not enough time is spent on that render step you get a poor touch sandpaper finish.
  14. All the comments re enforce the statement I made, just because in your profession something is required. Because in a professional setting it has little to do with safety as the rules are made to save money. Some maybe be good, some may be excellent, some are as dumb as rocks. But the workers are not expected to have more intelligence than a slime mould. they just emphasise that the rules are there ultimately to save money. this forum is not, should not, can never be used as any kind of advice regarding workplace rules, regulations, or laws. It is almost a given that they (workplace R. R. L) have to assume the intelligence of the aforementioned cellular organism. Opinions are a different case, and naturally you are welcome to voice them, as I am free to vehemently disagree, or even agree. If you are incapable of the capacity to understand the dangers and pleasures available in doing things yourself then open your wallet and give the moths room to breath and pay for someone do it for you
  15. While VAT will certainly effects the price, it is not the reason, as if it were then the USA price would be ฿5,800, so that is certainly not a very significant difference, if it were the U.K. then the difference would be ฿5,167. So yes a difference, but not the main reason. Probably one of the main reasons is the fact that there are far more used phones available for sale. But anyway it is, for me, the best of the current phones
  16. Interesting theories, fallacious, but creative. I have never known of, and don’t believe in, the fans causing condensation.
  17. 5555555. Good luck with that idea.
  18. While the iPhone SE G2 is an excellent phone (I have one from when it was introduced) and it has (in my opinion) the better Touch ID I think that the price you paid was rather too much as they have very little resale value due to the screen size. However for me its value is that it links with our car, and virtually all the apps I have on the other devices work on it. However it gets little use for anything else as the 12.9” iPad is my main input device
  19. That is incorrect. Concrete is mostly cured and has the major part of its strength, yes. Will more time make a significant difference? No. However there are examples of Roman concrete that are centuries old and are still curing, so that idea is wrong and modern formulations are similar
  20. Workshop Safety is mostly a case of understanding the process and then following sensible procedures. Do not watch someone who has really good knowledge and assume that what they are doing is something you should automatically follow. Gloves around rotating machinery? Always bad? No. Always good? Absolutely not. Dust masks correct for the material? Always needed? No Usually required? Yes Hearing protection? Always needed? No Usually required? Yes Dependant on the noise level? Absolutely. Required if attending an Isaan concert? Absolutely Rings? Always bad? No. Always good? Absolutely not. Very dependent on your activity; Car mechanic? Don’t wear ever Electrical work; High and medium voltage? Don’t wear ever, & wear proper gloves and clothes low voltage? (under 380V) don’t wear. very low voltage (under 50V) and low current? Doesn’t matter, wear gloves if useful Gloves? Case by case, too many to specify but Rough wood? wear proper gloves solvent finishes? wear proper gloves, and eye protection, and organic filter mask Shoes? Again case by case. if your feet are too hot and sweaty you will be distracted. If you have sharp things that drop you will be protected Eye protection? generally yes. head protection? Case by case. Worksite? Always Riding a motorcycle? Always Riding a scooter? You should, but many don’t in a private workshop? If needed yes. But if it’s needed you must have terrible workshop design or a unique use case My thoughts, and in no special order. Very important point. I don't care about your professional opinion, just because in your profession something is required. Because in a professional setting it has little to do with safety as the rules are made to save money. Some maybe be good, some may be excellent, some are as dumb as rocks. But the workers are not expected to have more intelligence than a slime mould.
  21. You need to get the correct paint. With the correct paint used in the correct dilution (hint; mostly do not dilute) you can start as soon as the surfaces are dry, though waiting 72 hours after the render is on, is good practice.
  22. Yes 5% -> 10% The size you need depends on the humidity of your area and the volume to dehumidify. For my 500cu metres workshop our small dehumidifier makes a noticeable difference after running for 10 hours. They are not cheap. They are not quiet. If free standing they increase the temperature (physics 101). You need auto-draining
  23. Didn’t you notice that there is just one outlet, with 2 taps on it?
