If convicted, I'm sure he will get a light sentence under the 2 tier sentencing guidelines and then be allowed to stay in the UK as sending him back would infringe his human rights under the ECHR. British immigration and British "justice" is completely broken.

The judges already know they need to treat ethnic minorities, religious minorities, females etc. favourably compared to white male Brits. It's in the official sentencing guidelines.
