  1. 2006 Toyota with 80,000 on the clock ??

This would be a red flag already. Anyway, one thing in thailand when dealing with anyone or any business is to make sure everything is understood by both parties.

We have a Chevrolet and always get it serviced at the same genuine service centre. Usually charge around 1,500 baht , and they always do a thorough job.

I believe 90% of problem that arise such as yours is due to miscommunication ... it would have been prudent to instruct the agent not to proceed with any work until your satisfied with the price.

Not always easy to do in thailand .. but it's paramount so not to be overcharged.

As for your car .... it's like anything you buy , if your happy with it then it doesn't matter what you paid.

  2. I am a Thai man and I can't even trust my own Thai gf.. Can't understand why many many farangs are willing to trust Thai ladies. I lived and still doing business in North Carolina but retire here in Thailand.

Sent from my iPad using Thaivisa Connect Thailand

Your statement is based solely on your situation. The OP's question was not related to your answer as you have generalised all thai women the same.

  3. To the OP ....

After consultation with my associates here it has been determined that you are liable for willful damage to the owners property. As such you are liable to pay restitution for the said damage caused.

You don't have the right to destroy other peoples property to benefit your own situation... even a tree.

I would go and front the owner , appoligize and offer to pay a reasonable amount to cover the damage. wai2.gif

  4. 15 yrs old is way to young to have a baby. Wait until early twenties at least. Wait until you have a more stable situation.

    1. Finish school , obtain a good education

    2. Complete a good university degree if possible

    3. Start your career path with a good paying job

    4. Deposit on a home near mama's & papa's

    5. Find a nice boy who's a couple of years older with a good job

    6. Get married

    7. Have a baby

This is the chain of life that must be followed... wai2.gif

  5. good place to hide out, knowing that the law here is non existent. And anybody can be bought!

    Yup...

From a haul like that, he must be truly minted, and the police and extradition judges will be very interested in getting their hands on as much of it as possible before allowing him to slip away into the night.

Myanmar must be looking good right now... or even Dubai.... They don't extradite folks with illegal acquired huge sums of money.

I believe criminals can stay in Motenegro or Dubai ..... wai2.gif

    --EDIT--

maybe she left him and thats why the photos prominent.

  7. Every meal that I have had at restaurant at a 5 star hotel in Bangkok has been just that - 5 Star. One of the best cheap Charlie acts I have seen is a guy in a 5 Star hotel in Singapore walking down the corridor and collecting food (some partly eaten) from room service trolleys left outside the room by guests.

But the best cheap Charlie I knew was an Airline Captain in Australia who would take the toilet rolls from the toilets with him after the last flight at night at his home port!

so you wanted to let everyone here know you had a meal at the Marriot .....
