Is it possible that each family member has been charged 1,000 baht for hospital services each day of their home-isolation? How could this possibly be justified? I guess that the USA has something equivalent to the UK's Crown Prosecutor, who may consider that it is not in the public interest to pursue a charge for this very minor assault, especially as the "victim" was not injured and he does not support a prosecution.
