    I just contacted my brother in the UK. He uses Transec bupremorphine 52.5 ug/h transdermal patches (5 micrograms up). The advantage of patches is they give a more consistant dose (even better than slow release tabs). It did take a while to get the correct dosage - too strong can make him feel very unwell. Also, alcohol tends to mess up the effects, but occasional weed does not - for him. Not sure if such patches are available here.

    Very sorry to hear that. If you are still in pain I'd suggest that your doctor needs to adjust your meds. Start a topic in the health section. There are a few real experts there, and maybe people who have been through similar issues who can help.

    I believe that, legally, it is not possible to import more than 1 litre of alcohol without a licence. Obviously, there will have been instances when people have managed to do so by concealing the items or even paying a bribe. This website describes how to obtain a licence.     Bank notes in my wallet have to be in order of value, which is probably not unusual. However, they are also sorted by condition - crisper notes get a higher ranking than the tattier ones. Coins are stacked in order of size. If I pull a handful from my pocket to give the correct change I then re-stack them before putting them back. It's a completely pointless habit (obviously) so I suppose it counts as OCD.

    Now that we can all grow cannabis for our own use, will the government allow us to make our own beer and wine? And - Will cannabis be restricted in the same way as alcohol, i.e.- can not be sold from 2.00pm to 5.00pm and 12.00pm to 11.00am and never on a Buddha Day or election day? Rhetorical questions, obviously.
