I'd call their customer service line before that. I have always found Thai banks very helpful and often better informed/more capable than the branch staff.
Mild BPH. It doesn't treat the cause but relieves the symptoms, I was prescribed it by my GP in the UK 2 years ago and it has been effective, and my condition has remained stable.
I had the same with my Kasikorn card. Couldn't use it online. But I had to register with "verified by Visa". Having done that no problems. Maybe a similar issue.
I answered this in an earlier question. I don't care if it's legal, or if they are reputable, but it works. At least the side effects are the same as the stuff I used to get from the UK NHS. I take it for prostate, but get the side effect benefits that others take it for.

I stayed there for over a year and it was fine as I had a car and motorbike, it was in the days before Grab, Bolt, etc. In those days the only local transport was a baht bus along Nernplubwan to Sukhumvit, even motorbike taxis were few and far between.
So you have zero issues. Renew passport towards the end of this year and they'll do your new extension (it is not a new non-O) in the new passport, and make whatever references they want about your original visa, etc, .at the same time.
