  1. The statement and letter will/should be accepted up to 7 days old. But you'll still need to update the bank book and show a transaction on the day of application.
  2. The financial requirement is normal as is the requirement for a 12 month statement. It's 800k 2 months before and 3 months after application, and 400k minimum is the remaining 7 months of the year. Entirely up to you if you keep it at 800 or choose to use some of it, just remember to get it back to 800 in good time.
  3. TM8 for a re-entry permit. https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/15คำขออนุญาตเพื่อกลับเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรอีก-ตม.8.pdf Apply at immigration or if flying then can do it on departure at DMK or BKK.
  4. That's being updated - see a few posts earlier. What did you used to use on the TM6? I use my re-entry permit number, they stamp the entry "non-RE".
  5. It doesn't take 3 days. That is the earliest time before arrival that the form can be filled, they don't want the system clogged with unnecessary early submissions.
  6. Correct. The cancellation of passports by the issuing country is not automatically shared. However, in the case of passports reported lost or stolen there is an international database maintained by Interpol, but of course in that case you wouldn't (shouldn't) have the original passport to try to travel with.
  7. The old passport is cancelled in the UK database as soon as the application is received. No they do not communicate this to all governments, there is not way of doing that. So whilst it is no longer actually valid for travel the only place where the passport would show as cancelled would be entering the UK on it. The old passport is physically cancelled when collecting the replacement.
  8. Yes. Reported elsewhere. There will be assistance for the incapable on arrival.
  9. It's within 3 days, not 3 days ago. And check-in won't care in any case.
  10. I had the same message recently. I was on a Laos number. Turned off the phone and restarted. Worked fine. In case not maybe connect to wifi and see if that works?
  11. You have posted more than enough in the other thread on this topic to know better.
  12. Did your card get charged? That's a sign that it at least reached the UK.
  13. If Jomtien use the same form as CW I don't know, but anyway.... https://bangkok.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/APPLICATION-FOR-A-LETTER-OF-RESIDENCE-INFORMATION-IN-THAILAND.pdf
  14. Is the other essential ingredient for the "hanky panky" still readily available there?
  15. Where? Easy enough to buy at home and bring them. UK for instance over the counter in pharmacies or online.
  16. No. No risk. Just remember to get it as described above.
  17. Did you read the posts from @KhunBENQ? I'm wondering what more than map/location/directions and a photo you need.
  18. Badly. You were correct, assuming both 16/1 and 15/4 are counted in the 90.
  19. Seriously? I think the priority, which is clearly only cosmetic anyway, is for structures with many occupants. A Few crushed "winter birds" is hardly of interest or concern.
  20. Better change the question to country of citizenship (passport).
  21. But you can understand the point. They give you Residence but don't offer it as an option. Not that it's a big issue, and it's even possible they will amend it by the time it actually starts.
  22. They stopped issuing 1 year multi entry visas some time ago. So you only get a single 90 day entry. If you're leaving and coming back within that 90 day period then you could get a re-entry permit. But it's hardly worth it as you can get a 60 day visa exempt entry anyway. Otherwise yes, you'll need to get another visa for the return trip, especially if it is your intention to then get an extension of stay once you're here.
