  1. Not visa or extension related. Moved to the Marriage and Divorce forum.
  2. I posted about getting a UK marriage certificate legalized eelier in this topic.
  3. Immigration made an announcement last year that they would not do the extension after July last year. I assume that was due to them thinking the order for STV's would not be extended. It may not be the same this year since it was extended last year. I may become normal visa and be extended this year again.
  4. It is possible to make a appointment for Chiang Mai immigration. https://outlook.office365.com/owa/calendar/[email protected]/bookings/
  5. You could enter visa exempt and apply for the non-o visa at immigration. You would need a onward ticket within 30 days for arrival to show the airline. It can be a one way ticket to anywhere or you can get a temporary onward ticket for about $12 (search for onward ticket and you will see severals sites offering it).
  6. He does not need to do that. He already has a non-b visa that he can extend his entry from it.
  7. You can apply for a one year extension based upon marriage. You will need a multiple re-entry permit for if you want travel a lot. You could do that if you want to.
  8. Are you sure about that? It is still shown their website. https://thaiembdc.org/2020/11/17/nonoretirement/ It is also shown on the evisa site. But if you click it takes to the page for visiting family. I suggest you try doing the application since others have gotten them.
  9. No need to show flight tickets. Just print it out. It has QR code on if somebody wants to verify it is real. I does not have a expiration date on it. If you get a booster shot you will have to update it to show the 3rd shot.
  10. You will only need 30 days of covid 19 insurance to apply for a Thailand Pass ( https://tp.consular.go.th ). I assume you have gotten a re-entry permit to keep your extension valid when you enter the country.
  11. I forgot the email for the international certificate. It has a PDF file attached you can download and print. The other Thai certificate is the one a I did a screen shot of.
  12. I have a international digital vaccination certificate. I just got my 2nd one after getting a booster shot. If you scan the QR code it will open a webpage that you can then print out a image of it from. They may extend the free digital certificate. I think they may eventually start charging to the one you can pickup.
  13. If you have a about half a page in you current passport you could apply for 60 day extension to visit you wife. Your extension of stay (it is not visa) based upon working will also require room for a stamp. Immigration will normally try find room for stamps if your passport is full. To apply for the 60 day extension your current extension will have to be canceled before you can apply for it. If you applied for your current extension at the one stop center you will have to apply for the 60 day at a normal immigration office after it is canceled. You wife will have to be with you to apply for the 60 day extension. You will need a copy of your passport photo page, visa, cancelled extension page and the cancelation of it. You will need a copies of your marriage certificate, wife ID card and house book registry.
  14. A entry from a single entry non-o visa would allow a 90 day stay that can be extended for 60 days to visit your wife. The embassy and the official consulate in Sydney still issues a multiple entry non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai.
  15. Perhaps call the company doing the transport to the bridge. Number is shown on this webpage in a picture. https://www.udonthaniairport.com/transportation/ Part of the sign is here.
  16. I assume you have done a 90 day report before to the office you are reporting to. If not that is the reason for the reflection. Be sure you entered the province you are living in correctly since that is how the system knows which office to send it to.
  17. The insurance requirements for non-o visa based upon marriage is an error on the site. Create a image to post on the site that just states not required.l
  18. Before leaving the UK you should get your marriage certificate legalized by UK government and the Thai embassy in London. That will be needed to register your foreign marriage at a amphoe to get a Kor Ror 22 marriage registry that immigration will require for you to apply for a non-o visa and extension of stay. Info here from UK embassy website. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/714089/Legalisation_info_June_2018.pdf Requirements for the non-o visa application is here. https://www.immigration.go.th/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/6.FOR-PROVIDING-SUPPORT-TO-OR-BEING-A-DEPENDANT-OF-A-THAI-CITIZEN-SPOUSE-VISA-NON-O.pdf You should of applied for a single entry non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai instead of a tourist visa. It has fewer requirements than a .tourist visa application. After entering visa exempt you can apply for a 30 day extension to get more time to apply for the non-o visa at immigration. You can also apply for a 60 day extension to visit your wife.
  19. That is all that is required if entering on a re-entry permit. Yes will need apply or a Thailand Pass to enter the country. See: https://tp.consular.go.th/ At this time only 2 vaccinations are needed at this time.
  20. You do not need proof of income to apply for a non-o visa based upon marriage to a Thai. You only need to show proof of having 20k baht or the equivalent of it in a bank account. See: https://canberra.thaiembassy.org/non-immigrant-visa-category-o/ Ignore 3.5 that is only for a family member of person working in Thailand.
  21. Most office only want a TM30 form to do a change of address. You can do the the TM30 form as the possessor of your residence. Copies of the leases can be used to prove your the possessor.
  22. It would only need to be valid for 30 days to apply for a Thailand Pass.
  23. Medial insurance will not be required. The only insurance needed is the covid 19 insurance for entry to the country.
  24. If the non-o visa and extension are done in Pattaya it would not be needed.
