    That may mean the affidavit that is done when you do the application. That is not required unless you are using your income from working to meet the 40k baht income option.

    I assume you have a re-entry permit in your old passport. If not you need to get one before leaving or your extension will end as soon as you leave the country.

    You cannot change addresses in a tambien ban. You have to cancel the existing yellow book and get a new one for your new residence.

This site can’t be reached tm47.immigration.go.th took too long to respond. Try again later and the sties my be back up again.

    A re-entry permit is not required if you Non-OA visa is still valid. If you enter before it expires you will get a new one year entry. If expired you would need a re-entry to keep the remainder of the permit to stay valid that you got from your last entry to the country valid when you enter the country.

    There is no grace period for the day your visa expires. After that day you would only get a visa exempt entry when your return. For your permit to stay from it there is also no grace period. If you overstay for one day they will not fine you 500 baht for a overstay. After that it is 500 baht for everyday of your overstay up to a maximum of 20k baht.

    There is only one immigration office you can go to for the 30 day extension of a 30 day visa exempt entry. As of Monday the 18th you will do at the following location. Map: https://goo.gl/maps/NXhuhyz6XBuyXaSN7 You can apply for it on the 18th to the 20th and you will get a 30 day extension from the 20th.

    Immigration offices are closed until the 18th. You could do a online 90 day report but it will not be processed until the 18th at the earliest.

    By air there is no written limit for visa exempt entries. At land border crossings there is a limit of 2 per calendar year.

    There are no land border crossings between Thailand and Cambodia open.

    It is there but it is hard to find. It does appear when doing the application for the tourist visa as an option.

    He got a single entry tourist visa that allows a 60 day entry that can be extended for the 30 days. This is my reply to his post.

    October of last year was a long time ago and the METV is being issued now. There have been several reports of people getting them.

    The 3 entry tourist visa has been replaced by the multiple entry tourist visa that allows unlimited 60 day entries for 6 months from the day it issued. The land border entry rules were changed about 6 years ago. The 15 day entry that went into effect in 2008 was eliminated and it was changed to two 30 day entries per calendar year.
