  1. A stop over in Singapore will not affect your visas. They will remain valid until you use them or 3 months from the date of issue. You will need a new Thailand Pass after your stay in Singapore to enter Thailand.
  2. Copies of passport photo page, entry stamp and TM6 arrival card. And a completed TM7 forum with a 4 X 6 cm photo attached. A TM30 report done by the owner or the possessor of your residence may be needed.
  3. You can still use the 30 day insurance after getting a tourist visa. It is choice to extend it if you want to.
  4. Only Thais and those with permanent residency can be registered in a blue house book. All of them show the address and house number on them. A person's name can appear on the last page of the book but that does mean they are registered in it. I would guess he has permanent residency.
  5. If you are from a country that qualifies for a 30 day visa exempt entry entering you would not need a non-o visa for 20 day stay. If not visa exempt a then tourist visa would be a option. You cannot pick and choose where you want to apply for a visa. You have to be a citizen or legal resident to apply at the majority of embassies and official consulates now or at the designated one for the country you are in.
  6. It is still possible to the get police clearance certificate. Website is here: https://pcscenter.sbpolice.go.th/en No info on it about entry requirements. I suggest you go prepared to show a you have been vaccinated and or a ATK test.
  7. I did not take them into consideration when I wrote my post. I would say they would be the mostly likely to bail out since they would not have any money in the bank.
  8. Signed copies of the owners house book and ID card are a standard requirement. Having a yellow house book will not change that.
  9. Why? That post was about one person's experience at a immigration office. Most of the other posts in it were mostly hearsay.
  10. Your first 90 day report will be due 90 days from the day you apply for your one year extension of stay.
  11. You wife has to be with you to apply for a one year extension of stay (it not a visa) based upon marriage. She has to complete and sign a statement in front of a immigration officer. Best to have your original marriage certificate with you , you wife's ID and house book if it the owner of the house if immigration asks to see them. Here is my general list of required documents. Marriage Extension Requirements 2.pdf
  12. You apparently are on a extension of stay based upon working for a company. You will need a letter from the company to cancel you current extension and they should cancel you work permit to get proof it it was canceled to show immigration. You can do the cancelation a few days before the date on the letter and immigration will post date it to the date is on the letter to give you time to apply for a extension of stay based upon retirement at immigration in Pattaya. You will need to have 800k baht in a Thai bank for 2 months on the day you apply or proof of 65k baht income.
  13. Yes if you are referring to a Thai bank. It is possible to stay for almost 2 years on a OA visa if you leave and re-enter the country just before it expires to get a new one year stay.
  14. If applying for a visa at CW they may still do the TM30 report there. TM30 reports are normally done at the Muang Thong Thani office now.
  15. You would probably only be able to get single entry non-o visa at the majority if embassies and consulate. I assume you were probably getting multiple entry non-o visas before. You can start the Thailand Pass application before leaving the country. 1. and 2. Yes but as I wrote it would only be a single entry non-o visa. The Test & Go now requires two covid 19 tests after entering the country and you have to stay in a SHA++ hotel when the 2nd one is done. The embassy in Phnom Penh would more and likely only do a single entry non-o visa.
  16. If you are applying for your first extension after entering the country with a new visa then you would need to show at least a receipt for one.
  17. As far as I know they only do a background check in your home country for the first Thai Elite visa application.
  18. Yes You applied for a non-o visa at immigration. Immigration does not issue OA visas.
  19. A new TM30 report will not be required unless you change your address or enter the country with new visa. Keep a copy of the TM30 report receipt to show them if asked for it.
  20. You don't have to upload tickets for a Thai pass. They only check the required documents for the application and one of them is the $50,000 insurance and they do not care how long it is for as long as it would cover you after entering the country if you tested positive.
  21. The extension has to be done in person. Most hospitals have staff that take care of it if they are accustomed to having non Thai patients. Or you wife could do the application for you.
  22. People with firm reasons for staying here would make arrangements to pay the hospital bill instead of just packing their bags and leaving. Some may have savings to pay it or can arrange to make monthly payment to pay it off.
  23. If you have the Thailand Pass and meet the insurance requirements for it you will not have a problem entering the country. Immigration does not check for any insurance unless you are entering on a OA visa.
