  1. You could apply for a 60 day extension to visit your husband before your trip. You will need a re-entry permit to use when you return.

  3. There is no written rule stating you cannot have the funds in more than one account. Same for using a foreign currency account. But best to check with the immigration office where you will be applying for the extension at to verify what they will accept.

  16. You can apply for a non-o visa at immigration. If you have had the 800k baht in the bank for a long time proof it came from abroad is not required.
  17. The answer to the question is that a report is not required. It is only needed if you change your registered address.
  18. You can only apply for a new non-o visa at the embassy in Vientiane. Have you applied for a 60 day extension to visit your wife or child since your last entry to the country? You could then apply for one year extension near the end of the 60 days.
  19. At this time a visa exempt entry is 45 days. It may be back to 30 days after March 31st.
  20. You could put any number to complete it. It is blank on the TM47 form you get for the report.
