  1. I think you can leave the TM6 number blank now if you didn't get one when entering the country. I am sure immigration does not expect to see one now.
  2. Until March 31st you will get a 45 day visa exempt entry.
  3. Insurance is not required for a non-o visa. Due to covid some embassies were wanting 90 days of medical Insurance for a non-o visa.
  4. The re-entry permit desk is after departure immigration. Open 24 hours a day.

  7. No Extentions are only issued by immigration. A embassy only issues visas.
  8. Some border crossings may do it by land. The problem is using 2 passports to do the crossing. You could fĺy in using the Thai passport to enter and then depart by land.

  10. Why haven't you used your Thai passport to enter Thailand? Best to do the passport swap by air.
