  1. Only one photo is needed for a TM7 application form.
  2. You are wrong. They will do the 90 day report past his permit to stay date. He will get the full 90 days. I had one due over 2 weeks after my permit to stay date that I did online last month.
  3. You have to do your report that is due now. There is no requirement to do another one when you apply for your extension.
  4. The problem is that embassies and consulates do not normally have anything to do with visa exempt entries. Immigration sets the rules for them and embassies are under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For example the 30 day extensions of them have been allowed since 2014 when a new immigration order was issued. The only problem with applying is their requirement to submit a return or onward ticket with the application. If using the e visa site it is even easier now that they are issuing stickerless visas now. No need to mail in your passport and etc since they send you a email for the visa.
  5. They is a rarity. It was your first application there so maybe they just took they copies you had ready.
  6. They are available until September 30, 2022. The extended the order for them for a year.
  7. It is not correct. Just more incorrect info about visa exempt entries on a embassy website. You can apply for a 30 day extension of a visa exempt entry. They are available now up to November 27th. It is unknown whether they will extend the order for them again.
  8. The Thai embassy in US has changed their message on this page https://thaiembdc.org/visa_tourist_coe/ U.S. Passport Holders are not required to obtain a visa when entering Thailand for tourism purposes and will be permitted to stay in Thailand for a period not exceeding 30 days** on each visit or 15-day stays if arriving by land-crossing. Note I scratched out the 15 days at land borders since it was changed to 30 days years ago when they limited the entries to 2 per calendar year at land border crossings. They still show 45 days on another page but it does mention that it was going to expire on September 30th which is what has happened since they did not extend the order.
  9. People have applied for a non-ed visa at immigration. They certainly have not stopped accepting the application. The problem to do the application is that it requires documents to prove they are formal school such a university. But many schools and agents can make arrangement to get them for a informal school such as a language school.
  10. A return or onward ticket is a bogus requirement for any visa the embassies and consulates have created. A return or onward ticket is not a requirement if you have a valid visa to board a flight
  11. Others have used them for a visa application without a problem. Not sure they even check them.
  12. The ticket will be valid for for a few days if they check to see if is real ticket and you can pay a little for it to be valid longer.
  13. It is seems the officer made an error by starting the 60 days today. What I wrote is the normal procedure for doing it.
  14. I think you need to look closer at your extension stamp. The 60 days started from the end of your previous extension. The 14 days were not a extension. it is a under consideration period while waiting for your extension to be approved.
  15. A return or onward ticket is not required if you have a valid visa to use for entry to the country.
  16. You apparently had a multiple entry non-o visa that allowed unlimited 90 day entries for a year from the date is was issued. Those are not longer being issued in the UK.
  17. This long ongoing topic about PR has lot of info in it. https://aseannow.com/topic/74654-cameratas-guide-to-the-permanent-residence-process/?tab=comments#comment-801053
