I think the whole region from Pak Nam Pran (Pranburi Beach area) all the way down to Ban Saphan Noi is an incredible region, cleaner air, very clean towns, incredible beaches, light population, great food, the entire area has a lot to offer relatively, and a low cost of living too.

Well maybe, maybe not. Is a vacuum worse than extremist Imams and insane Ayatollahs with ridiculous amount of oil money supporting terrorist groups throughout the entire region, in an organized manner?

Okay maybe not all but I would guess 99%. All you have to do is ask, you'll be shocked at the range of services that they offer.

I think I'm more targeted approach like taking out the Ayatollah and some of the top officials in Iran would be a good place to start. You don't need a war for that.

Yeah I think Chumporn generally does have good air quality, but it is such an uninteresting town, there's really nothing about the town that has any character and I find the area quite dull. There are a few nice beaches but other than that to me there's just no appeal. And it is isolated.

I'm glad he finally admitted to being a salesman, because that is exactly what he is, a slippery, slick peddler of who knows what. He is attempting to sell a bill of goods to the people of Thailand, but I don't think very many are buying it. Maybe he's having more success on the international stage. He must seem quite impressive compared to his predecessor.

A reasonable request considering how much aid the US has given Thailand over the years. I think they have the right to keep China's Armed Forces out of Thailand's business to the extent that is possible. After all, how much direct aid has China given Thailand?

Completely ridiculous, if any protests should be taking place right now it should be anti-army and anti stolen election. The people should be in an uproar over an election that's been stolen from them from the army thieves.

What a completely bizarre statement, there were more than one mass murder a day in 2023 in America and you're comparing Thailand? Who knows what this was all about, just be thankful that very little of the violence here is Thai on foreigner, it's almost entirely Thai on Thai. Let them do their thing, survival of the fittest I guess. Thailand is still an incredibly safe place for most of us to live. Infinitely safer than living in the West.

She and her mother are both gorgeous. Way to go, Mom. She probably got a smell of the stench emanating from Thai politics, and just decided to run for the hills. Yes it's very sad, it's truly pathetic, it's a completely broken system. The health insurance cost is ridiculously expensive and if you don't have it, often times you do have to skip treatment because the cost is so insane. He had a choice of getting an implant, but at $5,000 that's only for the those that have significant savings, or great insurance. America is great? I don't think so. Let me count the ways she has failed her people and the world.

The best chance any man has is to really be patient and really take his time. The woman is usually going to push to move things forward because she has an agenda, and the man always has to push back. If you're not willing to be patient, if you're not willing to abide by my timeline then I'm just going to walk. Always remember, time is your ally, if it's good it's only going to get better if there are problems they're going to manifest themselves over time. So man up and take your time. Don't allow her to conduct the train, don't allow her to set the timetable, don't allow her to push you. Always be willing to walk, plenty more fish in the sea, especially here.

I think most people who have high self-esteem, combined with respect for the environment would never consider tossing a piece of trash. It's just a huge lack of respect for the environment, the nation, and ones self in my opinion. And yes this includes cigarette butts thrown out the window, or throwing on the ground, it's a filthy habit. But then again it's so is smoking cigarettes so I guess they go hand in hand.

Nearly anything that can be accomplished with an agent can now be accomplished directly at the immigration office using one of the immigration officials. They are nearly all for sale, they are all on the take, so all you have to do is explain your situation and ask them what are the fees involved, and they will give you a quote very happily. I have done this first hand and it is a fact.

Within his own nation they limited the minimum wage hike to a paltry few baht a day and he's encouraging other members to raise their minimum wage? What planet is this guy living on? This is the hazard that is involved with having an ivory tower type leading the nation. This guy has no idea what the average Thai person is dealing with. What's really astonishing to me is the number of economists and traders who really don't take the debt into account, they just figure it's part of the deal, and it's not really going to affect anything at any point in time. I think it's going to cause the whole house of cards to come crashing down at some point.

I use the AC a lot too, it filters out a tiny bit of particulate matter but not much. Get a very good air filter with a very large filter unfortunately the replacement units and filters are typically quite expensive, but that's just the nature of the beast. It is money well spent. Especially in the land of do nothing politicians, who make a lot of promises and are then completely devoid of action and follow up. Not real men.

Definitely not the traditions, the traditions just don't mean much to me. I would say number one would be Hong Kong style pan fried noodles with seafood!

You should date for a minimum of 2 to 3 years before even moving in together, and perhaps add another year or two on to that before you consider getting married. There are just too many variables, there's so many things about her that you don't know at this point Until you've spent thousands upon thousands of hours with her you really don't know who she is. Time is your ally not hers, use it.

There are some very good dentists here in Thailand. In the last several years I had a bridge installed, a couple of root canals, a few crowns and an implant, and the work was fantastic. The implant cost 40,000 baht in America it is $5000. The crowns cost 9000 baht, in America they're $1500. The root canals were 9000 baht, in America they're $1800. Dentistry and medical in the US is bordering on absolute silliness when it comes to pricing.

Yes you definitely let us all down, never say no to a shower and a rub down from two beautiful nurses. That should be a lifelong rule. You will like the regret this for many years to come.
