PM Calls on Youths to Embrace Morality and Global Awareness
spidermike007 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
You had your chance to embrace morality Cha Cha. You are in no position to lecture others, as the world is aware of your moral bankruptcy. You have done absolutely zero to improve anything here. Nothing. The rot continues under your watch. Show some dignity and stop the churlish lectures. -
Suvarnabhumi Improves Services Amid Thailand’s Tourism Rebound
spidermike007 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
They were likely just transferred to another department. So, when they were ready to re-open all staff were ready. This is about sloth and not having enough cues manned. Not about a lack of personnel. If anything, immigration has far too many personnel. -
What a horrific story. I do agree waiting behind a power pole or a tree would be the safest place. But who would do that, and who would expect a maniac driving a car to plow into a bus stop? The only way to make sense of a tragedy like this is to attribute it to the Grim Reaper. When it is your time, he will come for you no matter where you are.

64 airlines financially ‘crash and burn’ during pandemic
spidermike007 replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Nothing is the same after covid. The over reaction, cowardice and restrictions, were an astonishing thing to witness. Now, it would appear they are trying to make up for losses by hiking their prices. Much of the inflation we are witnessing has very little to do with shortages, supply chains, etc. It has alot to do with once in a generation corporate gouging and very ugly, base level opportunistic greed. Unfortunately, covid did not bring out humanity's better nature. -
Regardless of how good a PR expert you are, there is not much you can do with someone so incapable, someone so lacking in leadership ability, so detached from the people, nor someone as corrupt and insincere. So, all you can do it try to continue to fool the most naive and gullible amongst us. He may be a powerful general, for reasons very few people know. We know for certain, it has nothing to do with combat experience. But, as a leader of the nation? He is truly bottom of the barrel material. Thailand could do so much better. Time to rid itself of prehistoric dinosaurs and march into the future, with some pride.

If you want to avoid going the conventional route, try finding some stinging nettle root, saw palmetto and pygeum. Very powerful herbs, that have been used far longer than big Pharma stuff. They work miracles for me, and many others I know. Though some of their products are quite useful no doubt, personally I despise Big Pharma, and avoid supporting them, whenever possible.

The article states she them behind and he took them. Not quite the same as stealing them from her person, or her room. He could have given them to someone in the office. That would have been the civilized approach. But Samui immigration has a reputation. So, would they have returned them to the rightful owner? An arrest in this case seems extreme. It appears that the campaign to alienate tourists and decimate the tourism restart continues in earnest. This kind of knee jerk action puts people off. They just can't get it right, can they?

Internet unusually sluggish for nearly a week

And no matter how you look at it, that is a description of an environment with moral rot and corruption built in at the foundation. -
No. Frankly, with the way the RTP is at up, I have a very hard time believing that even 30% of the cops in Thailand are honest. They simply cannot make a living doing it with integrity.

Very, very creative PR. Make us think some of the cops are having a hard time getting by, instead of buying new sports cars or condos. Nice one.

Truth. Talk about a rich subject. Don't want to be accused of Thai bashing, but doesn't it seem like truth has a different definition here? There seems to be a kind of disconnect. A strange relationship with truth, nationwide. Thoughts? -
Pacific Cross seems to be a favorite. I used them for years, never had a claim, yet my premium went up annually, to the point where it became silly. Finally told them to take a hike. And the terms insurance and trustworthy in the same sentence seems highly oxymoronic. They are a mafia. All insurance companies.

It is a new phenomenon. I have noticed it with nearly every website I visit. A truly horrendous example of society moving backwards, and money always coming first.

Deformation is a terrible thing. It is the greatest nightmare of every parent. Defamation, if that is what you meant, is simply a vehicle cowards use, to get around offering good service, products or simply being very substandard. Some of us pay no heed to it, and refuse to be cowed into submission by fools.

It is simply time to pack up and move. It is not like you are giving up the nicest home you have ever lived in. It is a guest house. Plenty to choose from. Maybe stay a few nights next time to determine who your neighbors are and the kind of clientele the place attracts. It is a very simple solution to a very simple problem.

1. It is very, very refreshing to see the police do actual law enforcement work. Good on them for relieving this woman of the vermin. 2. Why on earth did she marry him? Didn't she have any indication of his lack of character, before she tied the knot with this dead fool? Surely there must have been signs.

The RTP are their own worst enemies. No PR is possible at this point. They have no credibility on any level. The degree to which they are toxic, corrupt, incapable, a detriment to society and a blight on the nation cannot be over estimated.

This amounts to simple bullying. The current strains of ganga can be very strong, so it is possible the young boy was quite sick or shocked by it. But, the bit about his heart nearly stopping is silly and churlish. Bullying is a serious offense. If I were the parent of this kid I would come up with some very creative ways to punish the kids who did this.
