Oh boy, one of those "guys with an agenda". The kind of person who not only does not have a clue about Thai food, but the society and culture as well.

Chantaburi is not Bangkok, you have nothing to worry about, but I would bet you will.

Add two more photos of Sirinthorn Dam, nice views and you can drive around the area. They also have a skywalk for free where you view the solar farm.

Perfect question. Yes the province of Ubon is really nice. We were just up there over Christmas and had just a great time. Here are a few photos of our 5 day trip. First off we stayed the first two night in Trakan Phuet Phon a small amphur north of the city. My close friend Dang has just moved back from the states to retire there, built himself a nice place. We stayed in the gray guest house. Then continued on to Chong Mek on the Lao border to visit Sirinthorn temple, and see the strange rocks they used that shimmer florescent green after the sun goes down. Great view of Sirinthorn lake from there. Then touring the area to see the rapids on the Moon river, the spot where the Mekhong and Moon meet known as Song Sri as one river is brown the other bluish. The last night at Blue Moon River Resort a quiet and cute place in Amphur Paibun where we relaxed, ate, and drank red in the cool 18 degree evening right on the river.

People's Party Takes Lead Over Pheu Thai in Latest Nida Poll
marin replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
People Party is very active all over the country. They are actively campaigning in both Udon and Ubon for PAO races. Not winning but getting a lot more votes than ever before. Not only every province, but also every amphur, and even tambon they have people in. Here is way out in Ubon at my friends house. A PP home. -
We have had the same granite countertops for over 20 years. Nary a problem, no stains, no cracking, and easy to clean. We went to the granite place and bought a slab big enough for our requirements. Then had it cut by the company who did our kitchen. Money very well spent.

I really wish we could get a good Pinot Noir here. With the heat here it would be a perfect red.

Purple Blossoms Dropping Daily: What's the point?
marin replied to GammaGlobulin's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
I wonder the same of you. Most every day you drop some turd blossoms here, and I see no reason why. No rhyme of reason for 90% of your threads. Oh by the way that flower is edible and will turn anything you put it in to that purple color. When my kids were little they had a successful lemonade stand selling lemonade that was purple with the addition of a few ounces of purple water extracted from the blossoms. -
That is how December and January are if you are lucky. March 1, it turns to hell hot everywhere in Thailand. By the way Nantawan is a high end muban by Land and House a very good developer here.

What are you talking about? Perhaps you slept too long. No change after the new year.

My Tefal Toaster suddenly stopped popping. Now, house full of smoke. Why?
marin replied to GammaGlobulin's topic in DIY Forum
Bet you he had inadvertently set it to high and forgot about it being in the other room. There was some smoke, but its GG and his "artistic license". 🤣😂 I see now, top of the line for 850B. -

Bangkok universities...MBA program reviews?
marin replied to Dezmo's topic in Higher Education in Thailand
Where his degree will hold a lot more weight than one achieved in Thailand. -
First go to university and learn to punctuate, spell, and use grammar correctly. You can get your point across but your ability to write in English is quite poor.

They were the original investors in Planet Hollywood and it is still open today in Siam Sq. As are many around the world. 😉 -
Why did you start this negative topic on Thailand bob? You must accept that you Colin and bob smith are one in the same. Easy to find so many threads that you are quite negative in.
