    I have no idea what you are having done. For termite protection at our house for the last 25 years they come once every 6 weeks and spray both inside and out. Not a lot of chemicals but always spray in the same places. Not much smell and they are in and out in 30 minutes. This is for a 250 sq meter house. Never had a termite one in all that time.

    The airconditioned trains are often colder than the busses, but you get a much thicker blanket and of course the bed to sleep on.

As if you were in Friendship market which is in Pattaya how the heck would you know?     Another guy with too wide of a brush. Thailand has some of the best hotel deals in the world. Much less than many countries. Do you stay in 5 star hotels, I really doubt it as those staying in them dont care. Take a 2, 3, or 4 star hotel and you will always get one heck of a deal unless its the coming high season normally beginning the first week of December.
