I have 25 year old twin daughters who are dual citizens who come and go often with their work. Getting a new passport will not solve the problem she has now. She entered on the British passport. Cant enter on one and leave on the other. She has to rectify her situation if she ever wants to travel internationally again.

With the agent I used 2 months ago there was no need to watch that. I only needed residence certificate and medical check. The only testing was the 4 physical reaction tests. You do spend 15 minutes watching something as you wait your turn to do the physical checks. The agent was not expensive as well. Money well spent. Only about an hour at the DLT.
