No they don't. M-Pass has barriers, M-Flow has none, it's a completely different thing. M-Flow is in operation (so far) only on the number 9 ring road. It has gantries with cameras and number plate recognition. You set up an account, upload pictures of your car and registration details, and a payment method. At tolls you don't go through a barrier, you just pass under a gantry with no need to slow down and your account gets deducted. Where are the barriers? Maybe read up before you aggressively accuse other people of BS.

Do you bother to copy and paste urls?
josephbloggs replied to josephbloggs's topic in ASEAN NOW Community Pub
An example of what a URL looks like? Ok, here's a random one. https://www.flightaware.com/live/flight/THA916/history/20241226/0635Z/VTBS/EGLL -
Now the forum software makes all posted urls as plain text, so if you want to follow a link you have to manually copy it and paste it in a browser window. I'm not one to criticise a free service but my fear is this will have a negative impact on discussions as I suspect most people will now not bother. If I was in a debate thread and a poster with an opposing viewpoint posted a link to back up their argument I would nearly always have a look at it, however, now I can't be bothered. Maybe it's just me, so keen to find out. They say there's a technical reason the change was made and who am I to question that - it is what it is. And if people are still following links in discussions then all good, so let's find out! Let the votes commence.

Four Pit Bulls Attack Owner’s Nephew in Chachoengsao

Normal Pit bull owner in Thailand. -
What's gloomy about it? The Japanese executive admitted they brought old technology to countries like Thailand as they thought they could get away with it. Too complacent as they had almost total market control. Even the president of Saha group has a Seal. The consumer is getting much better value, better technology. The employees that are moving to Chinese EV makers are getting paid 50-80% more than they were getting paid at Japanese factories. Where's the gloom? It's all good. Good for consumers, good for workers. Sad if beloved old brands die but that happens. Nokia, Kodak, Blockbuster etc. The consumers now have iPhones, Netflix: better products. If you don't keep up to date with developments and adapt in business you die. Even worse is if you spend millions and millions on anti EV propaganda whilst closing your eyes and hoping people will buy it and the competition will have gone away when you open them again then you deserve to die. Exciting times, not gloomy ones.

I don't think so. Priority delivery just means you pay extra so that driver will only take one delivery at a time. So even if everyone pays it your driver will only take your order directly to you so it would still be better. It's the multiple deliveries on a single run that cause all the issues.

Ah, that's a shame.

You should crowd source the money - you'd get that in a heartbeat for such a good cause.

Woman Dies After Being Set on Fire in New York Subway
josephbloggs replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Ok Mr Tough Streets, let's leave it there as you keep moving the goalposts and twisting words. I initially replied to you when you implied it was wrong what Penny "had to go through". My point was absolutely he should have to go through that. Someone died at his hands. It is called a trial. And they reached a verdict. And now everyone moves on (apart from the guy who is dead, obviously). It wasn't premeditated murder and he wasn't charged with it. Love the "not violent until they are" comment. So he was killed because he might have become violent but hadn't? I don't think he intended to kill him. I think he stepped in to do a duty. I also think he used unnecessary, excessive and prolonged force when the man was already subdued and there was no threat to the public and it resulted in a man's death. He rightly went to trial and the jury made their verdict, end of story. Your initial post implied he shouldn't have had to go through that, but absolutely he should. -
Woman Dies After Being Set on Fire in New York Subway
josephbloggs replied to Social Media's topic in World News
Where did I say he intended to kill him? But the fact is he did kill him. If somebody kills someone it deserves to be looked at. In this case he was acquitted. So I ask you again where's the problem with that? Why do you think "Penny" suffered? (You keep referring to what he "went through" like it shouldn't have happened. What about what his victim went through? And no, I wasn't in the carriage as I am here, in Bangkok. I read the same reports as you as I assume you weren't there either. Reports say Jordan was acting erratically and shouting. There were no reports of him being violent. So, again, I ask you, if you kill someone you shouldn't go to trial?? -

josephbloggs replied to Social Media's topic in World News
You wouldn't help because a man killed someone who wasn't being violent but was shouting at people, and the man went to trial and got acquitted. There was no reason to kill him at all. If you kill someone you shouldn't go to trial?? -
Thailand’s first F1 race planned for Bangkok’s Chatuchak by 2027
josephbloggs replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
It's not broadcast on free-to-air terrestrial TV but Thais love it. Mark Webber did a few runs up and down Ratchadamnoen in 2010 and there were an estimated 150,000 people there. I was one of them and it was so packed they had to delay the start by quite a while to control the crowds - the Thais absolutely loved it. -
Thailand Supports Digital IDs for Smoother Airport Check-Ins
josephbloggs replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
OK then Hank, enlighten me. How is a digital copy of an ID card - which all Thais already have - that can be used at airports instead of a physical ID card and makes the whole process a bit faster, enslavement?? I must be missing something really obvious. No doubt you have THE TRUTH. as you are so enlightened and wise. So explain the enslavement please. -

Yeah, left leaning people who believe in equality and equal justice and opportunities are not going to condemn somebody setting an innocent person on fire. What is wrong with you???? Why bring politics in to this? A horrible crime and a horrible horrible death. Take your petty attempt at political point scoring and shove it where it belongs. Sick. -

The level of paranoia among a certain section of the AN crowd is truly laughable. -
They are all closed. Gone. No first hand experience but it is something I looked in to recently. Obviously the country is dry but apparently all flights destined for Saudi have to be dry even if they are non Saudi airlines. So if you are flying there on Emirates for example the last time you can get a drink is in Dubai airport.
