I would say definitely that is foreign insurance.

Just an update she had the surgery on Thursday. We have been very happy with the surgeons and the care at Vibharam. She is obviously still there and recovering but so far so good. About an hour ago we had news back from the lab that it is benign, just a pretty large tumour which would have had to be removed anyway (around 10cm). After the CT scan we were told that it is 99% cancer. Samitivej scared the pants of her - especially with their pressure - but Vibharam was more measured, but even so they said it is almost certainly cancer. So to hear today that it is benign a fantastic thing especially as my wife isn't old and we have two kids. But hooray for Vibharam so far.

Latest carmaker to scale back its EV ambitions amid slowing sales

Another well thought out comment from a rabidly and illogically anti EV poster who knows absolutely nothing. Thanks for taking the time. Now maybe you can go and pollute another thread with your ill informed nonsense. I believe someone called Donald Trump an idiot in one of the news threads, maybe you can hop over there to defend him. Byeeeeee. -

Electric Vehicles in Thailand

Apparently the brand launched its first BEV in 2015. In 2023 JuneYao Group took majority control. They also own an airline since 2006 (Juneyao Air). -

A 12-year old chav's mother has been ordered to pay compensation for his horrible acts during the riots. His name has not been released although he is neither black nor a muslim so that smashes the conspiracy theories we saw by racists on here who say it is only Muslims or immigrants who are protected by anonymity as minors. And the worst thing? She went on holiday to Ibiza the day before his court case!! As a mum raising a 12 year old boy wouldn't you want to be there?? ISn't that your responsibility?? Sad scum of our society unfortunately. Chavs, hoodlums, racists, morons raised by chavs, hoodlums and racist morons with not an ounce of common sense. His mum should be locked up. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c4gdn8dj62wo

Don't you guys bleat on about range anxiety all the time? Full throttle acceleration all the time would deplete your charge quite rapidly, no? So do they have range anxiety or are they all tearing around like lunatics? You can't have it both ways. If they are tearing around like lunatics (in your world) then I guess range anxiety isn't an issue. -

You must live in a parrallel universe. I don't see that (and I'm not an EV driver). Nothing is worse than pick up driver, mini vans and - the worst of all - Fortuner drivers. -

Your ignorance is astounding. Why post in threads on a subject you have an illogical hatred of and clearly know nothing about? I don't get it. You couldn't make yourself look more stupid if you tried. More rubbish. To me EVs seem to be very sensibly driven, at least here in Bangkok. Never been tailgated by one, never seen one acting like a dick and "rolling coal" either. -
Unless you've got a tactical pen!!

Yep. Just in my soi in my moo ban there are three Attos, one Ora 07 (ugh), two Seals, and a Dolphin. The EV bashers see the article as EVs failing. Those who aren't rabidly anti-Chinese can se that it is only a slump in Toyota's overpriced rubbish (and other Japanese marques). Years and years behind the Chinese and they simply can't compete. They were so arrogant they ignored EVs until it was too late and their backup plan was to spend hundreds of millions on anti-EV propaganda.- 194 replies

If your normally attire is wife beater, black socks and crocs, then yes. If not, then no. They are beach resorts.

Royal Cliff Grand is very nice - I stay there once a year for a few nights for an industry exhibition that is held there. It is a very nice hotel, lovely pools and views, but I wouldn't call it a true luxury hotel, it is just to big to have that feeling and the room furniture feels a bit cheap. It's a few years since I've been but the Dusit Thani was always really excellent. Centara Grand Mirage is also excellent although perhaps better if you have kids. Lots of pools, gym, good food, good breakfast, and excellent service. Got a bit expensive the last few years though. The Amari is also a good choice. Really nice pools, good gym, great food, good breakfast, normally some good deals to be had too. Just make sure you get the new wing.

Sorry it was a quick Google image search, I just saw "Newcastle". But it is Newcastle in Australia. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-7620679/Power-pole-erected-middle-road-n-Newcastle-street-widened.html Can't be arsed searching specifically for British ones as it is not important, my point has been made that idiocy and miscommunication between government agencies is universal and not "only in Thailand" as the poster I was replying to said.

Nah, our hardmen use pens, not lighters.

That make me chuckle, thank you.
