yeah, look, it is one of those invisible qualities... 'he sees nothing and at this distance' something like that from Alice in Wonderland... but I know what you mean. I saw a Thai motorcycle gang friend who I had not seen in many years. I had given him money for an operation to remove a tumor 20 years earlier - one of the first things he said to me was that he was happy to see me because he finally had some money and could pay me back... is that integrity? I have many stories like that, including family members paying me back. I am more likely to get paid back by a Thai than a farang.

now mind you, I am just speculating here, - - men and women are engineered a bit differently and it is engrained that women especially here are responsible for taking care of, feeding the family. I suspect they can love but it is not the top priority in choosing a mate... nor is fitness nor hair follicles...

There was a Thai musician a few years ago who ran the distance, South to North - he had a van and an entourage following close by... he was raising money for country government hospitals - - I gave 1000 baht and so did my wife - I cheered him as he went past. As to me, I had thoughts about doing something similar - - but I felt better in the morning.

mistake #1 - - and you will make many others as you are not experienced in this business... in business, you don't just make money - you have problems too... going cheap is probably mistake #2 - - - did these shirtless guys look like the good tenants you want? I knew a guy who bought some very cheap properties in the West, in a bad neighborhood... he was so excited until the first time he knocked on the door to collect rent and the entire family chased him down the street w/baseball bats... Unexpected problems.

Yeah, the anger is not at the topic, but at a guy who is walking around delighting in telling people that they will die soon. What he thinks is shock that the people never thought about their own mortality - - is simply shock that a person can be so rude...
