Good advice given and if you want a cheapo way is you can buy small pumps in Global house and can adapt a strong plastic bin with a lid as storage which is plenty of water for just a shower. Have a separate switch to use as and when needed. If you can't set up yourself then finding a handyman that can may be difficult.

What is it with loud exhausts ? (and tail tidy's)
Kwasaki replied to piston broke's topic in Motorcycles in Thailand
Never really like those bikes 110 mph on those things must of been scary. ???? I liked the later Triumph's then trading that in for the first superbike CB750 a much better ride and reliability. Stayed with Japanese bikes ever since. -

I would think because say in the way of MotoGP bikes thesedays all being near enough same tech and the young trained riders he would find it as difficult as Rossi is. ???? -

https://secure.dwp.gov.uk/ipc/personal-details That's what I've been using to ask if they have sent a life form. The thing is you best ring if your pension is stopped so they send it.

Yeah good ain't it apart the death of course, I for one prefer the freedom here compared to somewhere like UK. -
Or get the money from your overseas bank sent directly from them to your Thai bank account. It not what do I will still use Wise myself but I will look on my online UK to see exactly what the cost difference is out of interest. If I was in a position to send 65,000 baht a month to Thailand l'd just get it over to satisfy Thai immigration anyways. ????
-
Yeah you would hope Thai immigration could be made aware of this problem by downloading the persons country bank statements showing immigration the amount each month being withdrawn from a overseas bank.. My UK online bank years ago was about between £14 & £25 to send money monthly depending on the amount it's a lot cheaper now, More expensive than Wise so that's why I use them now that they exist. When I wanted money from UK before the cheapest way for me was to go into a Thai high street bank with my debit card and withdraw Baht from that.

Women in Thailand do not have rights regards to money and property solely belonging to you if you are not married. After 10 years of part time Thailand can't believe you didn't know that but I don't know all Thai laws relating to live in partners in separation disputes. There is land squatter's rights in Thailand where a person for an uninterrupted period of ten years openly possessed land they acquire ownership. The fact she is Thai and you are not she may have a case if she is intelligent enough to get a lawyer. You have tell her to leave obviously what trouble you encounter I do not know maybe then employ somebody or lawyer to make sure she vacant's the Condo.and she will have to go home with her child to where she lived before. What compensation you give her I would think is whatever she finds financially her home situation will be when she returns home. After 10 years surely you feel some morale obligation towards her whatever she has become during your absence. Frankly I just only feel for the victim in your breakup decision, the child.

Have one friend from UK in September enter Thailand in sandbox thingy Phuket, stayed for 2 weeks, 3 covid tests and was allowed to leave to go home Sukhothai. Have another from UK came October and only has to stay 1 week Phuket and then is due home in Sukhothai, he did lose some prepaid money out of choice. Things changing all the time I guess. My family have booked flights for February 2022 but don't know what they will be required to do if anything at the moment.
-
Well the only answer is don't use Wise and have the money sent by the (in my case) UK bank to the Thai bank.. OK it's costs a bit more and last time I look my UK bank cost it was reasonable less than what it use cost from memory. If immigration won't except Wise payments not showing in the bank book you have no choice.

He said he doesn't want to pay for a JCB or Cat.

If new tyres I would put some extra psi in, then drive around and get them warmed up and then adjust them to the correct pressure and then inspect them, if your not capable of that get someone who can. -
Ours were hand dug up.

I use email confirmation and EMS receipt address to the agent. -
Don't really understand a letter the Bkk bank drafts for me confirms to immigration that the money is in my Thai account. So a letter from the Bkk bank confirming a 12 month statement showing monthly amounts paid into the account come from abroad your saying is not good enough. If 12 month system using Wise by members is a problem then go back to what they did before Transfer/Wise came into existence.
