The restaurant industry in New Sukhothai and Old Sukhothai is not doing very well, especially morning and daytime. Basically it's taking a good while for things to pick up since Covid. You get old odd days when tourists turn up and at evening they be busyand the next day it's dead. The night club area music restaurant type does reasonably well with Thai locals and visiting Thais and some get very busy on occasions. The popular ones are offering snack type food along with drinks. I suggest you do a trip and visit and investigate the place before seriously make a more.
