Free Trade Agreement Nearing Completion Between Thailand and EU
There are apparently provisions in the FTA that refer to Thailand pursuing the fight against illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing and forced labour. As I understand it, the idea is to ensure that any exports of fish to the EU from Thailand are from legitimate sources.

Thai/European Mixed Race
Totally agree that it varies widely. FWIW (and of course anecdotal evidence proves nothing) pretty much everyone says that our half-Thai, half-English daughter looks completely European, with barely a hint of Asiatic features. For instance, she has a distinctly aquiline nose, a feature very common with the women on my mother's side of the family. We know other Thai-European couples with children who look almost completely Thai - although I'd say most look like a 50-50 mix of the two gene pools.

Judge Denies Trump's Mistrial Request Over Stormy Daniels Testimony
No, you've got that wrong. The campaign finance violation is not the felony in this Trump case. Trump has been charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. He has not been charged with any campaign finance violations.

Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
It's interesting that you say that when a) the link you posted shows that "there was no deal ready to be signed between Russia and Ukraine," and b) the main person to have been pushing that narrative is Putin himself. Makes one wonder where you're getting your talking points.

Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
Why are you peddling this falsehood? The US is not sending billions of dollars to Ukraine. The vast majority of the funds approved by the Senate will be spent in the US. What the U.S. Has to Gain from Supporting Ukraine

Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
Well I don't remember any such thing. Do you have a link to a reliable source for that? I have to say, it sounds highly unlikely to me, given that during his presidency, he thought that Ukraine should be part of Russia and when the invasion actually happened, he called Putin a genius for doing it. Donald Trump Trump thought Ukraine ‘must be part of Russia’ during presidency Trump calls Putin ‘genius’ and ‘savvy’ for Ukraine invasion

Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
Not sure what you're talking about - I don't see any demands (real or otherwise) on that Wikipedia page. All it has is descriptions of the positions taken in previous peace talks. However, Dmitry Medvedev, in March of this year, proposed a new Russian peace plan. As mentioned in the article below, it calls for: What Moscow truly wants from Kyiv: Total submission

You obviously don't understand the difference between prophylactic and therapeutic medicines.

Data show Metformin effective against COVID-19
What on earth are you even on about? This is a therapeutic drug. There are no therapeutic medicines that have ever been mandated for the general public.

Buying a new TV --- is it now essential to have Wi-Fi?
Depends how much Internet-based TV you watch and how large your data allowance is. If you only need the internet to set up the TV in the first place (you may or may not need that, depending on the TV) then you only watch cable TV after that, your data allowance would almost certainly be more than enough. If you plan to watch lots of internet-based streaming content every month (Netflix, YouTube etc) then possibly your data allowance might not cover it - again, depends on what your allowance is.

Data show Metformin effective against COVID-19
It reduces them. Effects of metformin on blood glucose levels and bodyweight mediated through intestinal effects "Metformin lowers blood glucose levels by inhibiting gluconeogenesis and increasing insulin sensitivity. Metformin also acts on the intestine, and reduces blood glucose levels and body weight by various mechanisms."

Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
A couple of links: Russia 'struggling with supply of weapons and ammunition' for Ukraine war - Western officials "Russia is struggling to provide ammunition and weapons for its war in Ukraine, according to Western officials. It is facing "extreme challenges" in obtaining sufficient equipment and material, an official said." Declassified US Intelligence Reveals Massive Russian Losses in Ukraine "Newly declassified U.S. intelligence indicates Russia has suffered from some staggering losses as a result of its nearly two-year-old invasion of Ukraine, including major setbacks during its latest offensive."

Data show Metformin effective against COVID-19
It may be a bit late in the day to be finding this out, but it seems as though there perhaps was (is) a cheap, effective, safe and widely available drug with a significant favorable effect on COVID-19. According to the study below, "Metformin reduced the odds of hospitalizations/death through 28 days by 58%." Favorable Antiviral Effect of Metformin on Covid-19 Viral Load Oh, and just incidentally, the same study also found that, "Neither ivermectin nor fluvoxamine showed effect over placebo."

Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
Yes, we all know that the US military industrial complex is huge. But even if we accept the premise that they "demonize" Putin and Russia, you're still going to have to explain to me how that is sufficient to force Russia to launch an invasion of a neighbouring sovereign nation.

Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
Just read a transcript of the Victoria Nuland tape. She clearly wanted Ukraine to become/remain more Western-oriented and not to be controlled by Russia. Shock, horror! What would you have expected her to say - that she'd rather have Ukraine fall into Russia's orbit?

Kid's Thai nationality
@Georgealbertalready posted an extract from a translation of the 2017 Constitution that says, "revocation of Thai nationality from anyone born Thai shall be prohibited." You said you read the law "years ago" and posted a link that appears to be from 2016. So does your info post-date the 2017 constitution?

Kid's Thai nationality
If he had a Thai passport at one point then (unless the Thai Embassy that issued it screwed up massively) he has Thai citizenship. Pretty sure a person doesn't lose their Thai nationality just because their passport expired and they didn't renew it.
