Mother and daughter injured after wild bull charged their motorcycle
KhunBENQ replied to webfact's topic in Isaan News
Government? It's not a domestic bull/buffalo. Looks like the original "red bull" which is actually a "gaur". For English they just simplified it to "bull". And Wang Nam Khiao is near the Khao Yai national park area. -
Why is Google translate Thai-English so incredibly bad?
KhunBENQ replied to Jingthing's topic in Thai Language
I think it has improved in the last 11 years (when the thread was started by @Jingthing) -
Above was faster.

You can fill a TM7 at home. Worst that can happen is that you fill another one from the office and have yours to copy from.

Thai Airways: Perth to Bangkok route to take off on March 31
KhunBENQ replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News Headlines
And I am wrong again. Indeed total 256 seats in TG 787-8. https://www.thaiairways.com/en/experience_my_thai/our_aircraft/aircraft/787.page? -
Thai Airways: Perth to Bangkok route to take off on March 31
KhunBENQ replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News Headlines
Shocked about the 234 seats? Biggest "dream"liner has a max capacity of 294. BUT they use a 787-8. So likely something wrong with the number. -

To avoid arguments. I know that UK and GB are not the same. But "England" is of course GB (Great Britain). Not usable as an international address.
-
Most important is the clear and unmistakable name of the country at the end. Official postal code for United Kingdom is GB by the way. Similar to what Thai immigration uses (GBR ?).
-
This obviously went wrong way. Cross your fingers that after weeks it will find to UK. Don't rely on.

The link as such works fine. The site is for Firefox, of no help for you then.

I sent some registered letters to Germany. All I can see is "passed Bangkok" and "arrived Frankfurt", left Frankfurt and delivered. Never can see any flight details/routes.

Dominican republic??? What the heck does it have to do there? Far out of the way. Does tracking say that in clear terms or some code?

What browser? There is a probably a troubleshooting guide for every browser. Just read one for Firefox. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cant-add-change-or-save-bookmarks Might be related to some add-on?

Rented and abandoned. Read the full report. Also interesting that he/she needed money for a gun(!) to take revenge on some ex.
-
Yes. But what do I care whether it's four or five reports in a year sitting at the desk.

". The above mentioned documents must be sent by registered mail and the receipt of the registration kept by the foreigner. Send the mail before the renewal date 15 days to Immigration Checkpoint in local area where the alien resides." From: https://www.immigration.go.th/en?page_id=1666 Doctor was faster 😊

In contradiction to what has been written in the forum and what I have done. Will later search for some references.

Dumb question. Your profile says you live in Phuket? Shouldn't the letter go to your local office? It's some years that I did by postal mail and always to my office.

What is wrong with Thai women (on dating websites) in 2024
KhunBENQ replied to StayinThailand2much's topic in General Topics
Women who are single and living in Thailand will have no problem if you ask them for a video chat on LINE. And they might even insist to see and talk to you on video to make sure that YOU are not the Nigerian scammer. Lots and lots of such remarks in the descriptions (no scammers, don't bother me etc.). Two sides of the medal. -
What is wrong with Thai women (on dating websites) in 2024
KhunBENQ replied to StayinThailand2much's topic in General Topics
Someone had to say it. If you filter for Pattaya and some other redlight hotspots, what do you expect? And the big majority of those WANT to meet and are real (many photos heavy filtered though). Some just want to lure you to their bar/club etc. The best looking have hundreds of messages piling up and dump their profiles, create new. Big difference looking at provincial cities e.g. And even for Pattaya I would estimate that numbers like 95% gold diggers are exaggerated. Let it be 75%. -
German President to Visit Thailand This Month
KhunBENQ replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News Headlines
Don't expect any serious issues to be discussed with this figurehead. Close to no real power except denying countersigning laws. The plane thing has easily been digested (quickly paid from the petty cash). No lack of VIP air traffic to/from Thailand. The submarine engine is nothing he can discuss. Can best act as a mailman. -
Jomtien Immigration improved backwards
KhunBENQ replied to Kinok Farang's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
When I read all the fuzz about 90 day report in Jomtien I could come to the conclusion that it is not possible there? My last online report cost me about 5 min on the mobile and approved after 1:47 hours. -
Photo recognition for the banks
KhunBENQ replied to briley's topic in Jobs, Economy, Banking, Business, Investments
Good reminder. Haven't shaved for two days 😊 (I go as no beard) Seriously: visit the branch and ask about an exemption. SCB led me through a procedure to confirm that no limit applies on my own risk. Until now I have not got a notice from Kasikorn about facial recognition. Only with Bangkok Bank it works after they reworked the procedure.
