Call for Asean to help resolve Rohingya crisis in Myanmar’s Rakhine state

Thai human rights academics have called on the Asean to step in to help solve the Rohingya crisis in Myanmar’s Rakhine state with a dire warning that the stateless people may flood into Thailand in the future if the problem is not resolved.

JUCHITAN, Mexico (Reuters) - At least 61 people died when the most powerful earthquake to hit Mexico in over eight decades tore through buildings and forced mass evacuations in the poor southern states of Oaxaca and Chiapas, triggering alerts as far away as Southeast Asia.

Bitcoin tumbles on report China to shutter digital currency exchanges

Freight train derails, forcing temporary change to Northeast route
