In connection with the move, I sell my old condo.
Address: Puttamonton Sai 7 (20 km west of Bangkok) GPS: 13.759061, 100.230697

There is a free shuttle bus to Big С.
I sell it with air conditioning and internet.

Ideal place for a freelancer.
For 4 years of residence, I saved a lot of money.

I will help with moving or buying some things.
We will be practically neighbors.

The price is terribly low. 13700$
The area is certainly not a palace, but 32 m2 is available.
For two people with a child there is enough room.

Money you claimed to save living in jungle - ( price of condo you will never sell + transaction/maintenance/ travel/opportunity/common fees) = savings.

Big number?

450 000 THB.

I will pay transaction fee. If somebody need a loan I will pay loan fee.

Maintenance - 250 THB per mouth

Big number?

It's a condo unit in a National Housing project, for low income earners.

Correct.

Maybe somebody want to buy it. For Thai wife for example.

The space layouts of NHA projects are more practical for living than the dormitory style of many private condos.

For one, better light and ventilation from the single loaded corridors.

I lived in this place for the last 3 years.
Given the fact that in front of me an empty apartment is a great place.
Unfortunately now my family is getting bigger and I need another home.

Location may not be of interest to most foreigners. Perhaps your wife can get it advertised in Prakard dot com, and contact some agents in that locality.
