more bullying and use of that word - i don't use that word and anyone that does probably is one. This is over, the trial with a jury will decide his fate. Done. Why does anyone care anymore? People are just making stuff up, saying i'm some sort of sympathizer? NO, the fact is he could have been setup by his AMERICAN X-GIRLFRIEND? Does anyone realize how evil some American Women are? we have no concrete proof he raped anyone. why is this so hard for you people to understand? He even says his lawyer has proof nothing happened. lots of dense people here. And no, i'm not related in any way to this guy, I've just seen too many setups.

How evil US women are?

If his case was so strong why he skip?

Foolish person whoever you are and the use of word paedophile is the only word that best describes this guy on the basis of the charges which he fled from.

It's not done not by a long shot. The news will carry this story until the case is heard and if charges are brought he will enter a prison knowing that justice is served through the courts first and then by his new housemates. It's ok he don't need teeth anymore for his new position.

I haven't seen any updates on Jackson Matthew Hall's current situation.

This is what I do know.

- He was arrested in Samui at 6pm Friday

- The interview was on Saturday morning and in the afternoon he went to Koh Samui Court to be formally charged.

- Sunday I guess the Thai and US authorities are discussing the process of having him extradited to the US to face the charges he is accused of.

- Monday I guess they are waiting for a US representative FBI or equivalent to escort this Jackson fella back to the US in economy class.

I've looked high and wide but to no avail. The case has gone quiet.

Anyone else know the score?

What's the word on the street?

No news today. I tried asking the old team who was handling the case, but they haven't replied yet.

The last I heard was that he might be kept in detention here for some time before being extradited as the Thai authorities want to charge him for breaking immigration laws.

But disappointed with this if correct. I want to see this guy in a US holding cell soon. Darron can you shed light on one matter. The serious charge in the US involved a young boy or girl? Makes no difference of course but I'm seeing conflicts in stories. The pedo himself refers to a girl as has a few people on here.

Never do the FBI just turn up a couple days later to escort them following a discussion, there needs to be a court case in the US to determine if the extradition request will meet Thailands treaty laws, then there need to be an executive order made by the Secretary of State and then a surrender order needs to be issued, then the Thai courts will need to hear the extradition request and he may have the right to appeal against extradition in the Thai courts meaning that part could drag on, but once they make their decision the Thai executive authority will need to issue a surrender order and then they can release him to who ever is going to accompany him to the US.  It could take months before he goes to the US, assuming he does not stand trial for any crime in Thailand first which would delay it further.

Really? You think the charges he's looking at are going to be an easier ride in USA?

I'd just rather see him in US custody I have a bit more faith in their system.

The charge is of sodomy, I think that led some to assume that it was a boy when it was actually a girl.

He will not get charged with the crimes that he allegedly committed in the USA, in Thailand .

Thailand will not charge him with crimes committed in the USA, he will get charged with them in the USA, regardless of what happens in Thailand .

Thailand may charge him with various Thai related immigration offences, which is something that he will not get charged with in the USA .

So, him staying in Thailand will just add to his woes, having to face Thai immigration charges

So my guess is they will transport him to the Immigration Detention Center at the old Immigration HQ in Soi Suan Phlu or he'll stay on Samui at the Samui District Prison.

Obviously, the point was him in a us prison on those charges may be a lot more horrific than here with a bunch of people who may have little to no idea about the charges in US.

No news , I don't think he can buy himself out of this one but you never know.  Maybe he has a rich uncle in America.

My compassion lies with his victims and them only.

There is a massive investigation going on in the US surrounding this case. More people are going to go down for it too.

He is facing local State prosecution and Federal prosecution and they are suggesting the maximum sentence for each offence.

So defeedme even if the allegations against him prove to be false regarding any of the multiple charges he was facing before he fled (rape, sodomy, child sex abuse, aggravated child abuse, indecent exposure (multiple instances) and older charges that are being brought up again such as theft of a motor vehicle and maybe even resisting arrest). He will still be looking at 20 - 30 years simply for the identity theft.

The accused may  prefer not to go back to the States. Seems as as if a bail  appeal was successful. Justice vigilante style it seems  was even more successful..

The decapitated corpse that was found on a judge’s doorstep in Dallas, Texas has been identified as belonging to a notorious pedophile who was recently allowed to walk free on bail by the judge, according to reports.

I think if it is Ohio who charge him with identity theft, I think that is where he stole it, the maximum they can give him is 8 years, but I think he also left the country on the false ID so they can also add another 2 years for the immigration violation.

The identity theft took place in Alabama. Both him and the person whose identity he stole are from the same county and the passport was issued in Alabama. I'm not sure what the maximum sentence for identity theft is per state, but just reporting from someone close to this in the US.

Oh, if in Alabama then it is a maximum of 20 plus the 2 for immigration crime.

so you have no clue how evil US women are? lol I guess you're not from the US. He's 24, probably can't afford a good attorney. You're foolish for calling someone that without a conviction. Obviously since you like to use that word so much it makes me question why.
