Bottled sauces.  And yes, they'd be thoroughly boiled to ensure no pathogens.  

Who has experience with selling pre-packaged items to large food outlets, for example, like Tops or Makro ?

How much bureaucracy would be involved?  I assume a Thai person has to be visible/contact-person for the small biz, but to what extent?

Are you planning to import them or make them in Thailand? (importing anything can be a really problematic) 

Sounds like a world of hurt unless the margins are very very worthwhile....
