Maybe we are a bit premature anout AzJ demise.....I happened to go to DIY today ( great new local resource) and noticed the same lady from AzJ pull in in her little red car......She got out with a typical Thai street food bag & walked right in, the front door was unlocked so somebody else had to be doing something in there.....
