Where to buy hearing aid batteries in Chiang Mai

Featured Replies

The store that used to be at Pantip is no longer there. Even though their web site still shows the Pantip location they left when the renovations were done and left no information about if they have new location.

There is a store on Suthep road but they are very expensive.

Otherwise, it seems even the hospitals do not sell batteries nor hearing aids.

I do not believe there is only one place in all of Chiang Mai.

Help please, thanks.

Suggest a Google for:  audimed chiang mai

They might have what you need.

Also Google:  dmed hearing center

Perhaps they've just relocated in C. Mai, otherwise, ask one of their other branches for suggestions.

BTW, what size are you looking for?

I am looking for size 312.

Yes I may have to order online but I prefer not to.

Chiang Mai should have many options available but apparently that is not the case.

Bangkok is much better so maybe a trip to bankok is in order.

Thanks for the replies. Still hoping someone comes up with an alternative to the store on Suthep road.

Lazarda, love them use them wherever possible, quick and easy, cash on delivery in most cases so no risk, often delivered to Issan within two days

Try an hospital that has an ENT dept. Failing that if you can wait 3 weeks postage they're easy accessible on Ebay.

Just a Google find.

A small hearing aid shop on the outer ring road called "Intimex".

I hope the link works:

Lazada did not work. After filling out several pages of info and hitting the submit button I got a message back mostly in Thai with a great big OOPS over the whole page. Not good. Did my order go thru? Who knows. Lazada is a definite disappointment but a good idea, thanks.

Maybe I will try eBay.

Intimex is closed today but I will make a trip there tomorrow.

The truth is I am spoiled. Almost every thing I need is easily available in Chiang Mai so when I cannot find something, like hearing aid batteries, I am surprised.

Also, looking around I see very few Thais wearing hearing aids. Small market for this product here.

Thanks for the responses.

This is strange.

I just clicked through an order for Rayovac A675/PR44 in English up to the point where payment info is due (6 pcs for 199).

How far did you get?

Problem with address?

If I needed such and can't find it locally I would not hesitate to use online order.

Yes it happened at the worst time, after I had enter all of my credit card info and hit enter. I received an email from them in Thai. Took it to the lady at the front counter of my condo and she told me the order did not go thru. Good to know.
