Hi, I am due for the yearly extension at the end of the year but have a few questions which I hope the experts can help me!

- How long before expiry do I need to extend?

- Does my spouse need to physically be there with me?

- Do I need an “official” letter from the bank to prove the 400k or are photocopies of my bank book enough?

Cheers!

Depending on your office but usually up to a month before.

She needs to me interviewed and sign papers.

Official letter from bank with balance and another showing all transactions in two months both signed and stamped.

You should contact your office and see what else you need, my stack of papers are 20-25 and growing each year.

You can do it from 30 days before it ends to the last day of your extension.

This is my list this year.

Number 7 is incorrect. The 400k baht only needs to be in the bank for 2 months.

Yes. Unless there are documented extenuating circumstances why she can't be.
