Can A Thai Wife Sell Used Items From Her Shop ? Used English Books/Movies

Curious if used items like books , movies, or cd's can be sold from a Thai shop. Not talking about copied movies or books. Seen numerous used book stores on Koh Samui . Any other information as to the rules i would be grateful.

I can't offer any advice on the actual law, but there are loads of places (mostly market based mind) selling all manner of previously-owned stuff.

 

I would however be wary of the digital media, I recall a thread a while back where a trader was arrested/punished for selling non-copy but used DVDs.
