i noticed that the brio undertakes a few car right at the beginning of the clip when turning right, and tries Thai style to force his way in front of the NV, maybe something had happened prior.

 

at -2.03 the nv is trying to overtake, at -2.01 the brio is then overtaking , so some video is missing, most car cams record in a loop of either 1, 2 or 3 minutes maybe a whole segment is missing
