If you live in a village, the manager should be able to get you sorted.  If not, visit the nearest village and have a chat with the manager!

Managed to find one local guy who did it for 400 so not too bad. It wasn't toilet waste only kitchen ( grey water? )

Think the recent heavy rains soaked the ground so it filled up rather than soaked away.
