Hello Real Estate Forum,

My friend asked me to sell his house for him.
He's originally from Japan and built a large house in a Golf Club area.

He's not good with English, so he asked me for help.

It's a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with many extra's e.g. sauna, lift..

It has a lot of Japanese influences, like the Japanese style bathrooms..

Selling price is 15M. including all necessary transfer fees.

Location is: Flora Ville Chuan Chuen Golf Club, Pathum Thani.

It would be much appreciated if somebody knows ways or places or

websites where I can put this house up for offer.

All help is much appreciated.

Regards,

Tom

Incredibly difficult to sell on golf courses here. The building around them has really never taken off like it has in other countries. You see a few lovely ones around the courses, but very very few looked lived in and many are half built or look fairly derelict.

As trogers mentioned try Fuji, Villa markets around Phrompong and Thonglor, as well as some specialized Japanese agencies. Japanese prefer to deal through agencies, specifically ones that specialize in Japanese work. Also perhaps there may be an advertising outlet through the Japanese Chamber of Commerce.
