Hi folks - this is one of the only places I've been able to find mention of ostomy supplies in thailand. I'm currently in Chiang mai and am running low on supplies. Is there anywhere here that I can buy more supplies locally. I'm here for another week and a half so I dont have time to wait on extensive shipping, unless perhaps quicker shipping from bangkok. Any pointers would be appreciated! At the moment I am just visiting, but I will be moving to thailand in January, so I'd like to get the lay of the land ostomy wise, it doesnt seem like there are many resources here.

Any drug store should be able to obtain for you but brands available and types will be limited.  In emergency suspect most hospitals would be able to supply at a higher cost.
