I see construction moving again on the Soi Buakhaw Soi 15 Tulip Group condos. It was stalled for about a year. What happened to the original purchasers before the stall? What made it start construction again? There was a fire sale at this development about 18 months ago, as shown in the attached photo

      I think another company has taken over the project and it is now called Grand. Avenue Residence.  Suppose to be done mid 2019.

Golden Tulip was being developed by the same people that messed up Waterfront.

 

The new developers are the same people behind Nova Group, so the is a good likelihood it will be finished to a good standard.

No matter how good the standard is likely to be, will developers be depositing the money into escrow or are they yet again waiting for more suckers to come along and take a huge risk to effectively finance the development?
