LONDON (Reuters) - Britain will not offer a figure or a formula for how much it believes it owes the European Union, Brexit minister David Davis said on Sunday, after the EU demanded that London spell out its approach to the final bill to unblock talks.

    BAGHDAD/ANKARA (Reuters) - More than 120 people were killed in Iran and at least several others in Iraq on Sunday when a powerful magnitude 7.3 earthquake hit the region, state media in the two countries said, as rescuers stepped up efforts overnight to find dozens trapped under rubble.

    Police have received results from forensic DNA testing of a skeleton exhumed from a private property in Phetchaburi province and confirmed that the body is that of Jariya “Nam” Srisak, a 16-year-old maid allegedly beaten to death by her boss, wannabe former beauty queen Krisana Suwanphithak, 45, five years ago.
