we are going to Thailand with my wife (Thai) two small children and probably having some of her family stay with us a couple days as well. This place looks nice on the Internet,

Does anyone know anything about it, thumbs up or down?

Looking for reasonable beach bungalo type deal that is nice but not outrageous and a bit away from the main drag of Pattaya.

Hi soiboi! I spent some days at sunset williage with my ex farang wife, but it was back in -97.

The price I paid then was about 1300 bath a night, It is lokated right on the beach, you can go to sleep to the sound of the waves ,I dont remember exactly how far from pattaya,,, but ,, 5-6 kilometer south? you can see the hotels at jomtien from the beach. It was my first trip to thailand, and I booked it from home.

It is clean and but simple bungalows made from straw and wood.I did not have any problem with transport into pattaya and back, But it´s a bit outside. if that´s what you like then it´s Ok,,, But 10 years have passed. and I dont know how it´s holding up?

Bye the way,, My ex wife steped on a seabore the first night when running into the water exited over the real nice lokation of the place, she had trouble with foot al vacation,, be ware/
