A3 Colour Printers

Featured Replies

I want to buy a colour printer for artwork. Any recommendations on A3s and six inks? And where - suppose Panthip Plaza?

Canon Pixma Pro 9000 (4800x2400dpi, 8 ink cartridges, dyestuff) = 20,714.95 Bht.

Epson Stylus Pro R1800 (5760x1440dpi, 8 ink cartridges, pigment)= 24,200.00 Bht.

Epson Stylus Pro R2400 (2880x1440dpi, 9 ink cartridges, pigment) = 45,100.00 Bht.

All prices excluding VAT.

You probably won't find these models in stock or displayed at most retail stores.

I'm also in the market for the A3 size printer. Tested both Canon's Pro9000 and Epson R1800 with images produced from my Canon 5D, both with satisfactory results. I'm waiting for the release of Canon's Pixma Pro9500 this year (4800x2400dpi, 10 ink cartridges, pigment ink) before testing it and finally deciding which model to buy.

I also am loooking for an A3 printer, and I may have one for sale. Bought an HP 1280 about 6 weeks ago, pretty happy with it, but have found that I need a flat sheet capable printer.

Anyone have any recommendations for a flat sheet capable A3 printer?

Thanks in advance,

Screws.
