There is generally a small fee attached which I would like to avoid. I am running a grassroots skills incubator trying to convice the sceptical and disbelieving that one can build a micro business simply beachcombing. 

 

Don't want to go the root of using cracks to unlock copyrighted content either.

I asked my daughter, who uses free music for her school projects (she is studying animation and visual effects) and she says to just do a youtube search for "audio library no copyright music" and you will find a youtube channel with just what you are looking for.
