Ever wondered what you're eating, when the butcher sells you a "rib roast" or a "rolled blade roast"? Actually, it seems they make it up as they go along. Here's a site to play with. Tells you exactly what you are eating.....including all the BS names.

Just left-click all the various muscles in the pictures....and on the carcase on the left. Great fun. Now I need to find a similar site on kangaroos, for Maizefarmer. :D

This is great. I love the 3D rotation part but......I still can't find the tenderloin :-(
