Coach driver and his assistant fired for drug abuse

A tour coach driver and his assistant were dismissed by their company after they were tested positive for drug abuse following a road accident in Surat Thani on New Year’s Day.

 

Two passengers, one of them a 34-year old American tourist identified as Ms Mariana Muzzi Paredes, were slightly injured in the accident which took place on Highway 4142 in Don Sak district of Surat Thani.

 

The bus, with 35 passengers on board, were travelling from Krabi province to Don Sak pier in Surat Thani. The accident occurred at about 4.30pm.

This is a crime. PBS should be asking the cops about criminal charges. Anyway, the two won't be hard to find should charges be laid -- they'll likely already be working for another bus company.

I thought that was one of the latest measures to test public bus drivers for drugs Oh forget it !

Hope the bus companies insurers refuse to pay out for the damaged bus.

If you look at the photo he has actually position that bus well,no power poles down,no one dead,no i presume he was going forward ,of course if he where reversing well that is a beauty.

 Driver's well more than likely yaba i would say.
