Do we have to hand that in every year when we get our extension renewals or should I have it just in case

I have not seen any recent reports of immigration asking for it.

There may be some odd offices asking for it.

At RatBurana the last time I did my 90 day they handed me the form and sent me to fill it out before they would process.

Not the same there as at a normal immigration office since it is for migrant workers. If you went to Chaeng Wattana they would not ask for it.

Are you aware you will more than likely not be able to do your report again. They will probably tell you do it at Chaeng Wattana.

Yes...going to CW next Tuesday

Have never submitted one or been ask for one since arriving here over 5 years ago

I did it once, two years ago, but was not asked on the last extension of stay (Nonthaburi office).  However, I must do the housemaster's report each renewal (no idea why, as I've not left the country or changed residence). Same for my fellow teachers.
