I live in a 10 year house in East Pattaya now in need of various repairs including painting, plastering, carpentry and ground works.

I have, over the years, employed many so called builders who have either carried out poor work or ripped me off in various ways. 

Does anyone know of an honest, versatile, small company able to carry out the above work at a reasonable price? Must have good grasp of the English so as to avoid misunderstandings.

I would appreciate any help with the above.
